These are the shows that are overshadowed by Friends, Seinfeld, Frasier, etc. Well, I am a fan of most of these shows, but I voted for Spin City. It is prolly my favorite sitcom of all time and it should be more celebratd imo

NewsRadio just had a terrific cast, top to bottom. Great show up to the point where Hartman was killed. Lovitz was alright as the star, but the show definitely declined after that IMO.

Agreed completely. I liked the Lovitz stuff but, once the Jimmy James was DB Cooper stuff started, you knew it was over.

Your first 4 options were all great, but the most underrated 90's sitcom was Dream On.

Unhappily Ever After aired on the WB
It starred a father raising an teenage son, and the extremely hot daughter (Nikki Cox I believe)
and the twist was the father's best friend was a smoking, drinking, and perverted gray stuffed rabbit named Mr. Floppy that only came to life whenever the father and him were alone.
God I miss that show

Get A Life, by far. Chris Elliot got screwed.
Or maybe the Bill & Ted's tv series.

I said Sports Night. I thought it was extremely well writen and featured a strong ensamble that I found very interesting. It also allowed Aaron Sorkin to write in his style with out getting overly preachy

No love for Herman's Head I was going to mention it as well, but got confused as to when it actually ran. I thought that Fox started earlier than it apparently actually did, so I thought that it was a very late 80's show.

Uh...no love for "Freaks And Geeks"? I never saw that as a sitcom, I mean to me sitcoms are half hour shows....although i'll agree F&G was awesome

Uh...no love for "Freaks And Geeks"? I never saw that as a sitcom, I mean to me sitcoms are half hour shows....although i'll agree F&G was awesome It was shot using the same camera angles as Scrubs, and I consider Scrubs a sitcom. I mean, they are both situational comedies, when it comes to the core definition of it. But if were talking laugh tracks and one-sided camera angles, then no, neither are sitcoms.
