Not really. A lot of people have had to keep all sorts of government secrets. There are a lot of FBI and CIA agents. Well, yes, but every single scientist, technician, and minor worker on the project? Hard to swallow, epsecially for 40 years, in a time when secrets ran a very pretty penny. How well off do you think someone could of been if they had proof for the Soviets it was a sham? They could be rich, and move to safety easily. Just to play devil's advocate though, look how hard it is for people to even accept the possibility that the moon landing could've been faked. I didn't even say I thought it was a fake and one guy is making fun of me like I think NASA's out to get me.

I still like it, but I think it's weak. It could have three episodes for sure. Oh yeah. I mean, I believe ABC had 2-hour documentary on debunking the Kennedy Assasination Conspiracy. Surely, Penn & Teller could have had a whole episode on it. They could've, except they were able to debunk it in considerably less time. That's why they rule! And to the poster who said their debunking of the 9/11 conspiracy had too many ad hominem attacks, I feel anyone that actually believes that garbage deserves to be viciously insulted.

It's all a conspiracy. The faked moon landing, the coreographed 9/11, the war in Iraq... all for one devious goal:
To get the Lakers back in the NBA Finals. ;D

If you think that's bad, its original intent was to get LeBron to sign with the Knicks. ;D

Very old video....and very fake. Of course it's old... the US "landed" on the moon back in the 60s.

Moon landing conspiracy theories are entirely baseless.

He's right, they were just throwing out insults. If something is to be "debunked", surely the best way to do it is with level-headed, solid scientific evidence not petty name-calling. If there is doubt cast upon official explanations, then those doubts should be investigated, especially when there appears to be many unanswered questions. Some conspiracy theory stuff may be untrue, but who is to say that official explanations and so-called debunking is the whole truth? Just because you're told its true means its true? Question everything.

That would've been ironic if you had! I didn't bump it, it was around on the first page, just added my 0.02.

I'm the one who bumped it initially. I found it while searching for another topic and felt I should add my 2 cents.

"The idea that the planets go around the sun? Yeah, that's a 'Theory', too."- One of the best shows on TV. Though, well we're on the subject, I found the episode about Conspiracy Theories to be their worst. Especially dealing with 9/11, they mostly resorted to ad hominem attacks, rather actually discuss the issue. Eh, it's a fine show, but they f*** up too (See: Global Warming doesn't exist, Area 51 doesn't exist).

We all know the moon landing was fake. In reality, there's no way the surface of the moon would be able to hold a space craft. Its made of green cheese, ya know. HEY! We all know the moon is not made of green cheese. BUT, if it were made out of barbaque spare ribs, would you eat it then?
