Maybe I'm in the minority (in fact, I bet I am), but I just really don't like Joe on the mic. I dunno why exactly I don't like it, it's just something about how he sounds, I guess. He just sounds kinda lame IMO, and some of the stuff he says is kinda retarded. He's not like A.J. Styles-bad on the mic, but he's miles behind guys like Christopher Daniels or Christian Cage on the mic.

Well they all can't be gems, he does a decent enough job that they let him do it, so it's good enough. Not everyone's going to like it, can't be helped I guess.

Some of his promos can be dull, but I still love the one that he cut on Jarrett with the blood dripping down his face.
His promos are like Brock Lesnar's, except good.

Yeah, I liked his pre-No Surrender promo for his match against Jarrett, too. Ever since he's began his feud with Angle, though, I've thought his promos have gotten really weak. I know he doesn't need to be amazing on the mic, but it kinda sucks when an awesome wrestler like Joe isn't awesome on the mic too, you kinda don't expect that.

Well you can't have everything, I mean Dean Malenko is widely regarded as one of the best, but he's not exactly Mr.Promo guy.
I liked Joe's promo war with Steiner the best.

I didn't really like it at first... but it has grown on me... He's got good delivery... just an odd voice.

He's good enough for me.
He's very much to the point and doesn't rely on gimmicky catch-phrases. He just says what he's going to do.

TNA is so stupid. They've got Jim Cornette, yet they put Don West on the announce team. They've got one of the most talked about "wrestlers" (sans most of the criticism associated with the wrestlers of the day) who is flat on the mic--he doesn't have the charisma to put him over the top. Yet you've got Jim Cornette, and what is it he's doing? Gimme a mysterious board of directors. Everyone knows Cornette has as much say in matters as Coach does in WWE.
Please, TNA, use Jim Cornette and give the fans something to sink their emotions into.

Jimmy C. could do so much in TNA but..................................... Don't know if it's because of the race car in the red heat JC's has for Russo or if it's just a case of Jim not wanting to be more involved but in a way he's become the Paul Heyman of TNA; everybody knows what he can bring and he's as over as anyone but yet he's going to be limited. Bad decissions by a 'rasslin company; how often does that happen?

His promos aren't good, but not the worst I've seen. He does the thing that most unexperienced guys do on the mic, says the persons name about 40 times(Let me tell you this Kurt, this Sunday Kurt, I am gonna destroy you Kurt. And Kurt, I will make orphans of your children Kurt. It's gonna hurt....Kurt)but he has decent intensity, and I can understand him, so thats a plus.

His promos leave a lot to be desired. I've always seen Joe as more of an enforcer type guy in a stable. Sort of like Arn Anderson.

I'd love to see Joe fall out of the title picture temporarily (sadly, already taken care of). Meanwhile LAX is busy on-air trying to recruit Senshi. "Come on, Low-Ki, you know you Puerto Rican, Bed Stuy do or die, lariat, lariat..." Then, LAX gets pissed that Senshi has no interest. They beat him down. Then Senshi comes back in a few weeks challenging LAX for the Tag titles, saying that they can't have him, and he will show them what they will be missing, first-hand. LAX of Homicide and Hernandez defend against Senshi and a mystery partner. At the PPV, Senshi comes to the ring and says the following: "I have always said, it is not the size of the fighter, but the size of the fight that he will bring. But tonight, it is necessary to have a fighter of great size and strength. My partner is...*Godzilla music*...Samoa Joe."
Joe/Senshi win the tag team titles and beat the living hell out of people until LAX does get new members who help LAX get them back. Because heel stables DO have to cheat to win...especially with eminently likeable guys like Homicide involved.

I like his promos. The way he delivers them he sounds really believable, like what he is saying IS gonna happen.

This has to happen but sadly probably won't. Senshi in LAX would be great though. (and has a more realistic chance of happening)

I guess I'm in the majority(?), as I find Joe to be really good on the mic.
