It was a solid show, but man that crowd was dead-ass compared to some other ROH crowds ive seen. There were people sleeping on the furniture upstairs lol.

It's so sad that I'm two blocks from Inman Ave and have no drive to go to an ROH show ever.

Damn, GREAT show tonight, loved it. Best one, top-to-bottom, I've seen live in awhile. By the by, the results on page one are wrong for the 3-way; Hero rolled up Claudio after Daniels hit CC with the BME, then got distracted on the apron by Larry Sweeney, thus enabling Hero to get the pin. Anyway, the six man was insanity, and pure gold. It was a great balance of "spotfest" work while each guy still did a fantastic job of getting their personalities over, as well as working in their storylines and bits from previous matches with the guys on the other team (i.e. Strong vs. Shingo, Aries vs. Andrews). Loved the Evans vs. Delirious interaction. Albright is a BEAST. Sad that Rocky walked out on Reyes. I wanted a full-on Pitbulls reunion. An old lady kept getting into shouting matches with Smokes during the main event. Funny the first time, not so much the next two. If it hasn't already been mentioned, Jimmy Rave also puked during the opening match. I had a great view of it (unfortunately) from my seat, it was surreal looking. I was shocked Jimmy finished the match, but, damn, that boy's tough. Alison Danger, good GOD...now that I think of it, kudos to all the women tonight, some good work in the ring, plus Sara Del Ray has nice thighs...just thought I'd throw that out there. Jimmy and BJ killed each other again, of course. Brutal match, these guys work perfectly together. Main event was kind of strange, not the best either man's had against each other, but still entertaining and very interesting to watch.

It was a solid show, but man that crowd was dead-ass compared to some other ROH crowds ive seen. There were people sleeping on the furniture upstairs lol. I thought the crowd was alright, but died during Briscoes/Pitbulls, basically because it had been pretty damn loud the whole first half leading to it. Hell, that match had to follow Whitmer/Jacobs, that's kind of unfair. Then again, the Jersey crowd is always more quiet than, say, NYC or Chicago. Sad but true, I admit. Also, for anyone not buying Rave's new push, you're not actually watching his matches, I'm guessing. He's flat-out brilliant these days. We all miss Nana, but they did the right thing in changing Rave's character to suit his post-Embassy life.

We all miss Nana, but they did the right thing in changing Rave's character to suit his post-Embassy life. Let me put it this way. I've watched some of his early work as a babyface, and I've seen at least 4/5s of his work with the Embassy. Now I'm a few matches in to his new run with his new music and everything. So far it's same old same old. And never once have I ever liked anything about Jimmy Rave, outside of the title match with Danielson and I think steel cage warfare with Gen-Next. Unless he's suddenly become the second coming in the last month and 1/2, I'll be sitting here begging for Homicide to end this god awful push in 3 weeks in Manhattan. It's bad enough Nigel has dropped match after match to him, the last thing I need to see is Jimmy waxing Rave as our ROH Champion. Guess it's just me a couple of others though. He seems to have quite a following.

I don't see it; Jimmy's work and overall persona/presentation is definitely a lot different since the Embassy disbanded. Maybe it's not night and day, but it's certainly VERY distinct.
I've seen two of his match against Nigel in this feud so far, and I've had nothing to complain about, and that's certainly not just Nigel's doing.

Main event was kind of strange, not the best either man's had against each other, but still entertaining and very interesting to watch. Coulda been better. But then again, when the entire audience focuses on a grandmother that's flipping off Julius Smokes, there's something very wrong.
