a.) TNA led her to Scott D'amore, who trains her. b.) She's not exactly exclusive to TNA, much like all the other wrestlers on TNA. She can still work elsewhere. c.)If I'm not mistaken, this is an angle, designed to start up a women's division. Just like that one AMW guy yelling at Gail Kim. They seem to be building towards the division. I think. I agree with all three, and I'd like to see C happen, especially since I carry the belief (that some may say is odd) that Women's wrestling can be done seriously. I carry the same belief. PS I legitimately mark out for MsChif. That is all.

She hasn't done anything in TNA for her to be able to go out there and whine about equal rights. Yeah, she's a female wrestler. TNA doesn't show female wrestling. So, why exactly isn't she allowed to speak up about it, again? If Alex Shelley came out and said "Y'know, I've been in this Papparazzi thing for awhile, and I've barely ever wrestled because of it" and went on about how he should be respected, would everyone dump on him for it? I sure would. I'd say he should be mega appreciative for the crap he's getting. I'm sorry, all the Alex Shelley marks in the world can believe he'd be X-Division top guy and well knowni n TNA without NAsh, but Nash MADE Shelley in TNA. If he just wrestled matches people'd call him a generic x-division guy. And aren't we using the term female wrestler a little loose for Christy? i've seen her matches, she still sucks. Of course in a world where Trish is considered a female great, I guess Christy could be considered a wrestler. Plus why are they trying to make a women's division? We barely have enough time for a midcard and x-division matches

We barely have enough time for a midcard and x-division matches I was merely using Alex Shelley as an example. And while I enjoy Alex Shelley's skits, that's all they are, is skits. Getting over in wrestling should involve some, y'know, wrestling.

And with her knowing TNA didn't have female wrestling, she could have went elesewhere. a.) TNA led her to Scott D'amore, who trains her. b.) I totally forgot about the non-exclusivity. You have me there. C. Not with an hour long show.

Nothin' I can do about it. Doesn't mean I'm gonna complain, though.

D'oh, I also forgot that TNA is one for jumping the gun and basically showing more balls than brains. So once again, you have me there.

The promo doesn't seem too bad but Hemme promoting Women's Wrestling doesn't seem right and if they can't squeeze in some storylines on Impact so how are they going to do this?

It's better than their scheme to get Vince's recognition without caring as much for their own fanbase growth, ratings, or profits.

I'm more concerned about these VKM characters telling Hemme, essentially, to get back into the kitchen.
Yet they're the 'good guys', and the crowd seemed to love it.
... yeah, maybe I just shouldn't be surprised, but this seems very backward to me.

Misogyny is easily overlooked by the iMPACT Zone when the people in question are "at" "war" "with" "the" "WWE"

I don't have a problem with Christy. She's been training to be a wrestler and doesn't want to be just eye-candy. What's wrong with that?
On the other hand, maybe it's the promo people didn't like. I can't comment on that since I didn't see the PPV.

It's just ... I was reading the spoilers, and it seemed like Christy was supposed to be the HEEL in this.
I guess that follows the same trend of women in the WWE being 'jezebels' if they don't 'show off the goods' and faces if they smile and take their shirts off at the slightest provocation.
Anyways, this is sort of going into an ugly area entirely outside of professional wrestling, so I'm just going to bow out here before I get upset.

National Organization of Men Against Amazonian Masterhood well not really, Roadie and Monte have been boring for about 6 years or so now.
