Two hours and a good time slot.
All these others things can come with time, but they NEED time to develop something other than a rapid-fire spot show.

Where's the option for "Love, sweet love"?
Seriously though, they need to go two hours, build up the undercard, and for the luvva gawd keep the strap far away from Jarrett.

Chase Stevens is a waste? Riiiiight, obviously someone doesn't watch TNA. And that "someone" would be you? I watch it. Been watching it since 2002. The Naturals are past their expiry. Stevens could work as a jobber to put people over, but as a unit - the Naturals were given the ball, Andy-boy got prima donna-y and their in ring chemistry didn't translate (in fact, it's faltered since their prime in TNA a few years ago) anymore. So, unless he's gonna job - get rid of him, let 'em make a name for himself as a singles wrestler on the indies, bring him back repackaegd and then give him another go. Until then, there are more talented people on the roster who deserve his spot. Andy Douglas - time to hit the pavement. Stevens, at best: take a hike, repackage, then come back to my TV.

Dropping Lance Hoyt would suck! He's awesome! Only when you compare him to Bobby Rhoode. Take Rhoode out of the picture and hold him up against the rest of TNA, starting with Sharkboy and working your way up: no. He's not. Not even close.

What they need is to learn how to strike that all important balance, that heyman had mastered, between making the new talent relevant without harming the homegrown talent. Joe getting pushed aside for Christian's title reign was a drop of the ball, i think. Christian won the title while Joe was still feuding for the X-Division title.

I hope they never restart the Monday Nigh Wars. I'd much rather have multiple nights of wrestling rather than having to choose.
Two-hours should make a big difference, the show is just too cramped right now.
I'm not sure who will be the next "name" guy to go to TNA. Jericho wouldn't shock me since he would still have time for other activities. I guess Shelton or RVD would be a possibility, neither cuts a great promo so Vince might not offer big $ to stay. TNA should've nabbed Test before he went to WWECW.
It will be interesting to see if TNA can hold onto their guys, I'm sure Vince is eyeballing a couple.

Think I got everything covered, but let me know if you think of something else TNA needs most right now. You forgot the most important thing. They need fans. They need a reason for people to turn in. No matter how good your product is or how much tallent you have, it's all worthless if no one is watching. The one man who can bring in fans faster than anyone else is HOLLYWOOD HULK HOGAN. He needs to win the NWA World title, take the belt with him on all of the talk shows and advertise the hell out of TNA. Millions of fans who have never even heard of TNA would tune in just to see him. Then with people watching, the stars of TNA will have a chance to win over some fans. If they can win over a good portion of them and keep them watching even after HOLLYWOOD HULK HOGAN leaves, then they will finally be able to grow. It's important for TNA to grow. Pro wrestling cannot survive on Vince McMahon product alone. TNA could be a good promotion if only they could attract fans. No one comes with as many built in fans as HOLLYWOOD HULK HOGAN. Once they start watching TNA will have an audience. Competition will be brought back to the sport, and HOLLYWOOD HULK HOGAN will have once again saved pro wrestling.

By the way. What ever happened to the NWA North American title that Jeff Jarrett won when the NWA was being showcased on WWF programming?
