The reason they failed during their run was because they were two relatively small guys who were thrust into a tag team division that was completely dead.
Now that the tag division on Raw has been revived (somewhat), the Heart Throbs could stand a chance I think. Wrestling wise, they were both just as god as say Cryme Tyme or the Highlanders. Gimmick and character wise, the Heart Throbs were also just as good as any of these other existing teams.

It's not not to miss the Heartbreakers. They were charismatic, decent in-ring performers, and had great dance moves. And you're right, now that the tag division is back on Raw, with mostly gimmick teams, they'd fit right in.

Can't the same be said for the Dicks? Very short guys, even though in normal pictures they look pretty tall, and good wrestlers who'd fit well in any tag rank.
Although they always had that Well Dunn vibe about them...
Oh, only bring them back with a different name and gimmick.

Didn't the Dicks have a big bust up backstage, where they couldn't stand each other and couldn't work together anymore.........?

What the hey, I'll support this movement as well. Slim is pro-HeartThrob ( breaker), in third person yet.
Bring 'em back.

They both returned to OVW after they were released by the WWE and wrestled for like a month (April '06 I think) before, seemingly, going their seperate ways on the indy circuit. Tank Toland (James Dick) of them's with ROH now. And one of them's engaged to Jillian Hall, which makes me very angry.

Whilst the Heart Throbs are still probably together (Or at the very least, working for the same company), the Dicks had a huge bust up backstage, which is basically what led to their release. The Heart Throbs persumably got canned for acting crazy on Byte This. The Heart Throbs were great. Some of their WWE.com stuff was hilarious. But here was their problem. It wasn't JUST the fact that they were shoved into a dead tag team division. They were shoved into a dead tag team division where the tag champions were the two biggest guys on the brand, Show and Kane, who managed to destroy every single team in the space of 1-2 minutes, ending in a 4 tag team match (Which in fact have all 4 teams in the division in it) where Antonio, Snitsky and Venis were all choke slammed and pinned simultaniously. (After causing the temp split of Cade and Murdoch as well)

The story is JBL adn Taker kept messing with them like they always do the new guys, not knowing Tank(I believe) is a trained shoot fighter and supposedly knocked JBL out which lead to them eventually being fired.

I never liked the Heart Throbs. Then I went to RAW while they were employed by the comapny. And as soon as I decided that I marked for the heart throbs... they were wished well in their future endevaors.

I really wish they did some vingettes like the Night at the Roxbury stuff, because that would have been great.
The promos with The Heart Throbs, Cryme Tyme and The Highlanders together would probably be legendary.

If they do, they should be able to have their old manager from OVW with them.

He has done a couple shots with them lately as well. I am guessing the team broke up. I believe Tank is engaged to Jillian. I was shocked to see him in ROH, is he any good?
