Keep the Smackdown ones, axe the rest.

I think it is too expensive to buy enough chimps to write 3 hours of TV minimum a week, so we may be stuck with these guys.

They should just give us a month of creative power. We could put WWE back on track

I'd actually love to see the WWE after being booked by us for a month. It might be comically bad.... CM Punk would have like 5 titles, Snitsky would have his own talk show segment, Lashley would have a new gimmick where he always has duct tape over his mouth so he can't talk, etc

Smackdown has been the better show but the storylines can be a bit boring.
i agree though....these writers are garbage. but there isnt really a release that i object to yet. maybe terkay...but he was still kind of bland and was holding elijah burke back.
personally i think they should get rid of Funaki, Scotty 2 Hotty, Val Venis, Shannon Moore, Eugene, and Jamie Noble. Now before yall get all mad, i know they are all very talented but lets face it wwe hasnt done a damn thing with any of them in quite a while and they all would be much better off somewhere else....especially Jamie Noble and Val Venis

I could never get hired by the WWE, I have "good ideas" and we all know how pesky those are.

Noble needs to be the main cruser weight title holder. He reminds me of Dean Malenko, because he is a smaller guy but, because of his fighting style and looks he looks like he could give the heavyweights a run for their money.

I also wish WWE would let him go back to his angry redneck gimmick, bah gawd. He's been a dog professionally, and now he's just a jobber putting over masked wrestlers on house shows--it's sad.

What honestly is their writer job interview process like? I hope it doesn't involve a closed door and Pat Patterson. I'll bet they're all failed sitcom writers or something because most of this stuff is a joke. I agree though with whoever said that Smackdown has been much, much better than anything else as of late.

This is something that has always puzzled me about professional wrestling.
Wrestlers are constantly let go because the writers "don't have any ideas for them."
Wrestlers are not hired to give writers ideas. Wrestlers are hired to wrestle. If they can wrestle skillfully, safely, and entertainingly, then they deserve to keep their jobs. But it is not part of a wrestler's contract to be a wellspring of inspiration.
Writers are hired to have ideas and keep coming up with ideas. Preferably many. If it turns out that they collectively do not have any ideas for a given wrestler, that means their qualification to hold the job is insufficient. And if a writer's qualification for the job is insufficient, (s)he should not get to keep that job, because, clearly, they are not good enough writers to overcome writer's block.
Fire your wrestlers if they cannot wrestle. Fire your writers if they cannot write.
