I agree, but to be honest, if he where there he'd have to be a huge star because:

1. He'd be being payed a huge amount to be there and TNA would want to get their money's worth

2. His return to American wrestling would be a huge story.

3. He's too damn impressive to not be champion at least once.

Who cares as long as he has matches agaist Joe, Angle, Sting, and Abyss. I will be one happy camper.

I think it would be interesting once Brock arrives and is dominant, many don't want him there as they believe him to be some washed out football player who abandoned the industry and is in for the money not the sport. Both Samoa Joe and Kurt Angle, in a rare moment of solidarity, make no effort to hide their disgust of Brock being in TNA given his previous behavior.
