TNA has the stupidest "concept" matches. All of the X Division stuff reminds me of American Gladiators, if only they had the hand crank to crank on over to the title. Though the King of The Mountain may be even stupider than that.
Oh yeah, I still hate the 6 sided ring. At least they're trying though I guess.

I'm waiting for the reverse Last Man Standing match, where you try to keep your opponent on his feet while you try to stay down for a 10 count to win the match. Or, the reverse First Blood match, where the match begins with both men bleeding and the goal is to get a band aid on you opponent.

I still like my Reverse Lumberjack Match where all the Lumberjacks are in the ring and have to keep both of the opponents from getting into the ring.

I'm still confused on the rules of the KOTM match. Can someone explain them to me.

I'm still confused on the rules of the KOTM match. Can someone explain them to me. It's 5 guys and the goal is to hang the NWA title from the ceiling. But before you can, you have to get a pinfall or submission. The person who's pinned goes into the "penalty box" i.e. mini cage for 2 minutes. thats basically it. Like I said, it is a bit convoluted, but can provide for interesting booking if done right.

Didn't the 6-sided ring make it's debut in the Hulk Hogan epic, No Holds Barred? I haven't seen it for a while, but while watching my WrestleMania 5 DVD, they showed the preview for it, the ring looked 6-sided.

I thought that was 8. then again, it's been forever since i've seen it.

I consider a reverse ladder match to be when wrestlers have to burrow into the ground to retrieve the belt. See, for me, a reverse ladder match is where you have to use the belt to retrieve the ladder which is hanging above the ring

I still like my Reverse Lumberjack Match where all the Lumberjacks are in the ring and have to keep both of the opponents from getting into the ring. That would be pretty decent. Once you're in the ring, the match actually begins, though, so if they can't make it under a 10 count, you win the match.

Remember the "Finishing Move" match, in which you had to hit your finisher and you automatically won?

Remember the "Finishing Move" match, in which you had to hit your finisher and you automatically won? I've heard variations of that match back when I was a kid. Sometimes it was only able to get a pin after your finishing move sometimes it just ends right after the move. Its not a TNA original idea.
