I don't know what the numbers mean.
What numeric rating would be "rated higher than an average episode of Impact, but lower than an average Raw rating"? Because that is what I predict.

1.3 to 1.5
That was what the last few specials have done and I don't know how many people would look for wrestling tonight. I mean after WWE announced that RAW was preempted, I think most would be watching whatever it is the watch during RAW's boring parts, not flipping around looking for wrestling.
Plus since it was all repeats, I wonder how many TNA fans didn't watch since they have already scene most of the matches?

A 1.5 or higher. A give them a 1.6 because I'm feeling generous.

Infinity plus one!
I don't know what the numbers mean specifically, though.

- Kurt Angle was live on National Public Radio during the 11:00 p.m. taping of "The Dandelion: Nature's Unseen Terror". Kurt Angle claimed that TNA was one of the "fifty most popular theme park attractions at Universal Studios", Vince McMahon refused to shoot fight Kurt because "he thought I was black", and that TNA will have nuclear weapons by the end of the decade. National Public Radio host Jenn Allman seemed confused by the incoherence of Kurt's rants, which had nothing to do with the dandelion. In a brilliant move, she adlibbed, comparing TNA to the dandelion, which she claimed will be the dominant species on the planet by 2050.
- "This is TNA" did a 0.2 rating with a 0.4 share.

No matter what the rating is, the press release from TNA will read like this:
"TNA scored its highest ever rating for a Monday night from 9-11pm with the This Is TNA Special"
