I bet Elevation X somehow involves a trap door and a catapault off the top of a Cell Cage

If spoilers would have told me that Christian was wearing the belt when they taped this segment, it sure would have ruined last night.

I'm not getting what they were trying to accomplish with this show. All we saw was old matches and gimmick CONCEPT fights.
I am not impressed and mildly intrigued.

I bet TNA doesnt even know what the match is. They just saw this Money in the Bank playset and knew they needed a match that looked like that. LOL@TNA?

TNA: We Are Wrestling!!!! Well, actually, we have more talking than wrestling; but when we do have wrestling, it's good. Sure, most of the matches are gimmick matches; but they're still good. Right?

Sadly a royal rumble that ends in a ladder match, makes a ton more sence then King of the Mountian or a reverse battle royal.

So Elevation X is just a waxing scaffold match. And here from the name i thought it would be something new, like they'd have to climb the scaffolding, then set up a ladder on top of it, and climb the ladder to get to the title. Or, to add more Russo into it...Climb the scaffold, set up a ladder, place the title onto the rig on top of the ladder, then you can climb back down, pin your opponent, send him into a penalty box for x minutes, where x is the square root of the time the title has been on the rig, climb back up the scaffold, use cables to climb up to get the title (you can't use the ladder twice), take the title back down, and leave the arena with the title. If you are interrupted at any point by any of the 10 competitors fighting to get into the ring over a steel cage to replace you as one of the participants in the match, you have to leave the ring, and enter the reverse bvattle royal to earn your way back into the match via the cage. It's just that easy, until round 2 of the match nextg week.
