Who knows, WWE might induct Mike Awesome. I mean, his death is fresh, would anyone of mentioned him in this thread otherwise if he hadn't of recently passed away?

Yeah, Angle blew it so bad he almost wasn't a multiple time champion. He should obviously get in. Are you doing what they call "smark bait"? No, I don't think he shouldn't be in. His actions since he left blew it for him. Just because he was a multi time champ doesn't mean he should get in either.

Angle should absolutely be in the HOF.
I'm with everyone else on Goldberg not getting in though.

Kurt Angle Sid Vader Goldberg Dude, Vader and Angle have to be a lock eventually. Why them? Angle because of his current relationship with WWE (thought that could change), and Vader because he made very little impact in WWE. I know Dusty Rhodes is in the same boat as Vader and he's getting inducted, but Dusty is a much bigger name than Vader.

I think most of you are misunderstanding my question. I'm asking "Who Shouldn't, under no circumstances" be in the HOF, NOT "Will Vince let bygones and bygones and let his grudges in someday"
Kurt Angle DOES belong in. He's a great wrestler, a multi-champion, cut great promos, etc. Just because Vince and company are pissed at him currently (and should be) doesn't mean he shouldn't be in.
I'm actually partial to Warrior/Goldberg simply because despite their short stay in the business, they were way over with the fans. I liked both of them. Will they get in? Probably not. Should they be? I see no reason not to.
The Bushwhackers were fun.
Sadly, post Dibiase-feud, Virgil was nothing more than a jobber. And not even a beloved one like Brooklyn Brawler or Barry Horrowitz.

Warrior. He has blown whatever connection to the fans he once had.
Honky Tonk Man. Yes, he has the longest IC reign, but his lies, delusions, burned bridges, and revisionism disqualify him.

It's a tricky question, because we'd take into account who's ALREADY in... and quite frankly I don't think some names belong to a HoF, even if they gave a decent contribution to the business and were over for some years (Volkoff and maybe even Valentine and Slaughter).
HoF should be for "la crème de la crème", and eventually there could be a branch for the "unsung/lesser heroes", also because WWF/E don't have enough Superstars for yearly inductions at a top notch level...
So, considering who's already in the HoF, I think a spot for most of the upper midcarders of the 80s and for some of the Attitude Era is pretty much a given.
Me, I'd hate to see Goldberg in, and looking at his WWE tenure only, he's not worth it, not by a long shot. But I have to admit his run in WCW was a success.
Lesnar too... the proverbial flash in the pan.
the N.A.O. as a tag and as separate units. Moderately popular sidekicks... the void before and after D-X
That's pretty much all for now... I'll think about more later, but the lowish pre-requirements for a HoF spot kinda make a selection impossible, because it looks like 5-6 years of moderately successful tenure are enough to land a spot...

I mean after he lost the belt, he did nothing (outside of learning that when its your arm vs. limo glass, you lose). After his streak was done, combined with the time off due to losing to a limo, I don't remember him being that successful for WCW. I mean I hate the guy so maybe I am blocking something out, I just can't think of a truly successful time for after Starrcade 98.

Goldberg: 1-2 years on top, NO passion for the industry, by all accounts a total douche A 'douche' in the wrestling world, but outside of it he's a class act. To add a name: Mike Rotunda - Was one of my favorites growing up, but by no means is he Hall of Fame material.

Crush.
Despite the fact that he gave his good years to the 'E, nobody ever gave a crap about this guy. Gimmick after gimmick after gimmick.

Wow, I'm shocked by some of the names being mentioned here. I was thinking more along the lines of Warlord, Barbarian, Berzerker, Skinner, etc.
