I'm sick of guys no-selling my moves when I make a CAW that isn't a muscleheaded roid monkey.

I'm sick of the people who play as Great Khali online. And I'm sick of all the 99 CAWs.
I mean, yes I can beat them, but it's annoying that despite the beatings I dish out, they don't ever go away. Rankings corrupt people

I've found I can have pretty entertaining matches with the CPU if I just resist the urge to destroy them.
I've had a few four star classics with Flair already.

It annoys me that with a lot of the CAW's I create that during the entrance that their hometown is announced twice ie: "From Calgary, Alberta Canada From Canada"

I hate how the CPU's body meter is red in some spot within minutes.

There's a way to play this game that doesnt involve destroying the cpu? I generally take it easy on them, and see if they focus on one body part or just flail at me. Flair seems to always work on the legs, so I let him get a few moves on me just to make it more dramatic. My last match with him was tremendous. There was a span of about one minute where we were trading chops and punches, until he got the upper hand and started pummeling me with strikes until I bailed. We exchanged grapples for a while, with me working on the head while he focused on my wheels. Lots of reversals on both sides. Instead of just putting the boots to him, I stole his taunts once or twice, used a Figure Four, and did everything I could to coax a good match out of him. The end was when I accidently knocked the referee out of the ring with a jumping leg lariat and Flair went to town on me with chops, until I caught him with a fluke Tiger Driver for the pin when the referee came in. I can't really put it into words, but it was nine minutes of excellence.

Just my two cents, it seems like the more fun matches I have are when I play against a guy who has a higher overall skill rating than the guy I play as.

Yeah kind of crazy but if you hold off the urge to destroy the opponet and focus on haveing a great match, Insead of playing it like a regular fighting game. I find that Smackdown vs Raw is very enjoyable. A great feature would be adding greatness score to matches like you have in EA's NCAA. Then they should give you the option to sabve your greatest matches for later viewing.

Otherwise it becomes either a total squash, or a squash but with the other guy getting some annoying rest manuvers in. I've always preferred wrestling as the underdog, which is why I never make a CAW with more then 87 or so overall. And I mean a REAL underdog. I want to work to win a match and give myself every handicap I can within reason, because on even footing, the AI just can't match me. Which is why I love wrestling 2-on-1 or even 3-on-1 tag matches. I have to be clever to get the pin.

They should do what Lance Storm tried to make acclaim did. A "Work-A-Match" mode.

Know what I hate? When guys don't bleed when they should.
Perfect example-Viscera vs. Mark Henry Superstar Challenge. Viscera's body is in the RED, the WHOLE BODY, and he doesn't bleed when I punch him in the face!
Complaint #2-Ladder matches. When you're opponent is in the red and he knocks you off the ladder, yet when you're clean with no injuries, IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET UP! And when you DO get up, by that point the opponent won the match!
GRAAAAGH!

I hate that you can't make a CAW from Australia. (Granted, only Outback Jack and Nathan Jones ever got into WWE from here, but still....) I hate the dumbass CAW nicknames - The Cobra? puhleease. I hate being asked Are You Sure You Want to Save? (Oh, no, of course I didn't want to FING save, what was I thinking? ) And Mr Mark Ragnal, I agree - what's with the no bleeding. I absolutely pummelled the living beejesus outta Trips last night and he didn't bleed. Am I right in thinking there's a blood meter setting in options, or what?

SvR 2006 was the best game THQ has made.
THey took everything that made SvR 2006 awesome (the HUGE amount of grapple (front and Back) moves you could give a wrestler)
Removed most of the moves that were just put in while keeping old animations.
WHY KEEP THE DAMN PINNING VERSION OF THE SCRAP BUSTER WHEN THE NON PINNING ONE LOOKED SO MUCH COOLER?
Made the selling even worse.
And made sure that matches ended in under 2 minutes.

I rented the game last week and played for about 10 hours with a friend. Neither of us has enough time to play it, and if we bought it, well, there goes the sleepin' and the workin'. We set up a career mode with RVD. First thing is Carlito, Daivari, and Chavo feuding with the Big Show and trying to involve RVD. High comedy: little guys complaining about hosses, then getting squashed to smithereens. Just like real life except the first part happens on screen. Then I earn a title shot against Trips at Mania. I have to go face Batista at Smackdown to earn the shot for my choice of stipulation. I fight for a couple minutes, save a finisher, and all of a sudden Orton runs in to interfere, probably against me. But I wouldn't know because I pin Batista with a small package before Orton can do anything. Lame. Seriously, Batista shouldn't go down to a small package. Then, I'm at Mania. We're playing two player, I'm RVD and my friend is Trips. A couple minutes in, I try for the small package, just as a for-the-fans markout moment. And it worked. Lame. Hadn't even earned a finisher yet, none of Trips was red...and he lost to a small package.
On the other hand, I was in an epic 35 minute ladder match between Eddie Guerrero and Shawn Michaels in 2-player. I got superplexed off the ladder, out of the ring, onto the ring steps. Both of us were basically dead by the end, but it was epic. Tons of big moves, tons of big bumps. Just half-ass going for the win, and it can be fun.

Yup, THQ made a game where you let yourself beat, you have fun, but if you actually try to play it, it´s not that fun.
Makes me wish for No Mercy.

Matches can end in very anti-climatic fashion.
I've been pinned after chopblocks, headbutts, you name it.
