"Test violated the wellness policy by refusing to use protection when sleeping with Kelly Kelly. It is WWE policy that none of their female performers get pregnant because it ruins their looks"
Rajah.com or Me, either way

The policy they have is that if you fail a test the first time, you arent suspended yet but you are set up for a 2nd test pretty soon afterwards. If the next test dosent show that you are cycling off whatever your on, your suspended. While if they show less of whatever their on and that they are working their way off of it, they arent suspended. So it looks like Mr. Martin wasnt in to big a hurry to get off of whatever it is hes on. He needs to talk to Lance Cade, cause their is no test for HGH I dont believe

A stallion of a man. Either that, or he's taking the hardest dump of his life. More bran, Test, more bran!

Honestly, was anyone surprised? The man was an walking advertisement for steroids.
He's decent in the ring, but I would prefer him on Smackdown rather than WWECW.

Lance Storm's take in his latest Q&A on the wellness policy:
Q: With the current WWE wellness program in place I feel you can see a difference in size of some of the talent. Now there are some big guys still in the company ie Lashley & Batista, but the majority of the talent is not all bulked up. I have work out regulary for about 10 years now and know a bit about steroids and supplements, is it possible for some of these huge guys to maintain that size without help? You also see some talent still growing and you see signs of steroid use if the TV gets a close up you can notice pimples on there backs and some have Gyno. Not sure your take on how the policy is working.
A: I will likely get some heat for this but you need to actually look at the wellness policy. I’ve read the entire policy and its stance on Steroid use is EXTREMELY weak. I won’t get into details, but with the levels set for positive tests steroid use will NOT be eliminated. You could fail Olympic level tests and still skate through on a WWE test without punishment.
Maybe it wasn't roids. Maybe he was taking a leaf out of RVD's book, if you know what I mean. Hey, If I were dating Kelly, I would need drugs too.

Kevin Nash's wellness test would have caught him faster. It caught Sonjay Dutt.

I'm actually more surprised that the Wellness Policy is enforced. Then again, they may be out to get him now simply because he's out of the big picture with drug-free Lashley! lol rhyme lol

I actually was playing Smackdown vs Raw. I created a drug free Test. You knew it was a fake character, because there's actually no such thing.

Wow! What incredibly coincidental timing. Right after the blow off match to the feud with Lashley. I would say they might have sat on the test results until after the feud for the big title belt was over. Of course, the WWE is too ethical to pull anything like that.
