Bob Orton got in, and he never won a championship. Big Shows got numerous ones under his belt as was already mentioned. That alone should prove he'll get in.

Yes. You can barely watch any WWE show from the late 90's without seeing him in the uppercard or main event.
He was a strong part of the WWE.

Yep. Probably one of the most agile big men in his heyday. However, inducting him right now would be a slap in the face to a LOT of wrestlers.
