I really don't think there's any way that Batista is going to end Taker's streak. A scenario I haven't really seen mentioned that I could definitely see happening, however, is Taker winning by DQ (in which case, the match wouldn't be last on the card). I really just hope Taker wins the title straight up though.

No. That would be the worst thing in the history of the world ever including that advert for some car or other that goes "WHO WHAT WERE WHY WHO WERE WHY" constantly for 2 mins. It would be that bad.
However - as Dave is my nemesis for reasons I wont bore you with (AGAIN) and Taker was one of the main reasons I started watching this Wrasslin malarky, this match will more than hold my interest despite the fact it will stink more than Sid's trunks at WM13. I think I have used that simile before on this forum....nevermind.
Plenty of false finishes though could make it really good to watch live - I honestly cannot remember caring about who wins a main event at Mania as much as this before. For that it could be great.

I see, maybe, interference causing the match to be DQ'd.
That'd cheese people off too but less than Bautista beating Taker.
