Just watched it last night... I really enjoyed it!!!! It is a average action movie with a couple of suprising performances... The first is Cena himself and Robert Patrick steals the show!!!!! On Cena,he aquits himself fairly decent for his first role.... I truly think that if he can get the right role, We could be seeing the next big action star.... Please let me know what you think of the movie and please try to keep the hatred down to as little as possible please....

It was decent. You could tell they had fun with the slow motion. Anyways, it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't 5 star excellence either. It could have been better without Kelly Carlson. She annoyed me so much in that movie. Overall, it's worth a watch. I give it 3 and a half stars.

It is a average action movie That is the problem. I' m not really into "all-action" movies so, when I go seeing one, I want it to have something special, not the kind of similar stuff we' ve seen over and over again for like 35 years... Anyway, I don' t think I' ll even be able to see the movie, cuz as far as I know, WWE movies aren' t released round here ( that or it' s only released in very obscure theaters ). But I believe Cena can be a decent action movie actor. I mean, so much people give him crap for no real reason. Every time Cena is only mentionned here, everyone suddenly goes like "Oh please, f'k him, he' s an asshole who can' t do anything right and he deserves to die" ( and don' t tell me I' m exagerating, I' ve seen several posts wanting Cena dead. I don' t care if it' s for fun or not, it' s just sick and pointless ). Seriously give him a break ! He' s not THAT bad, he didn' t rape your sister or something, he' s working his ass off for YOUR entertainment. Well, it looks like I disgressed from the original topic, but hell, the Cena hate is just so dumb and cheap...

I really hated the movie, because it was nothing special. I mean, you had the explosions, the chases, and the ludicriously bad dialogue, but nothin' popped for me.

I did like it. A movie where a guy jumps out of an exploding building at least four times and emerges unharmed each time has got to be good.
Kelly Carlson was okay, but that girl with the faux english accent was rather annyoing.

I saw it and liked it.Cena held his own did pretty good for his first movie. To me,the group of villians led by Robert Patrick really stole the show.

I thought it was just a below average and pretty dull action movie. It held my attention long enough to finish it, but I can guarantee I'd never want to watch it again.

I cant stand seeing him on free TV so there is no chance in hell that i'm gonna waste time and money with his movie that i'll probably hate just because he's in it. Maybe i'm missing out on the best movie i've never seen but somehow I seriously doubt it.

I wouldn't mind making fun of it while drinking a few beers with some good buddies, but other than that I can't see any reason for a person to go out of their way to see this. Unless your just a big Cena mark, but in that case your taste in movies is probably worthless anyway, so meh.

I liked it better when it was Commando.
Cena wasn't too bad in it though. He was decent. Overcame the odds to save his wife.

I watched it on DVD last night as well and thought it was a fun, OK movie for what it was. I don't think they were trying to make a ***** classic here or even something along the lines of Terminator 2 or Die Hard, it was just supposed to be a fun little action movie with LOTS (and I stress the hell out of this) explosions. Boom! Kaboom! Blow! Bam! That was over half the film.
Cena was OK but part of that could be because they only gave him 1-2 lines every 5 minutes. Seriously, most of the guy's time is spent either jumping out of exploding things, running through a forest or kicking someone's ass. That's it.
Robert Patrick was by far the scene and show stealer here. Despite how corny the rest of the movie was, he was completely believable as the asshole psycho robber/killer. Although I really didn't need to see the T1000 (plus 10 years and 25 pounds) getting it on with a hot younger black haired chick in a hotel room.
The rest of the cast is plain meh. Kelly Carlson looks completely bored and is just kind of there. My favorite part with her was when the police car Cena was driving finally blows up (after Patrick's crew empties about 48,000 rounds directly into it's engine) and she thinks her man is dead. She goes hysterical crying for about two seconds then is completely fine. There isn't even a scene or two when she thinks back to him and breaks down again. It's like nothing happened. WTF? Everyone else is forgettable, especially the obviously-trying-too-hard racial humor black guy who fears rock candy.
Agreed completely with the fact that this movie's director LOVED his explosions and slo-mo sequences. There are about a hundred of each, and several are completely unnecessary. I laughed so hard when a PD officer asks the lead detective on the case of Patrick and co. "what do you think about this group?" and he responds "they're sloppy". Yeah blowing up every building and person you come in contact with when you're trying to escape with $12 million in diamonds - that would be sloppy.
This is not a movie I'd see in theaters, buy or maybe even rent again. But it was OK for what it was. Sure there was some insanely wooden dialouge (such as most every secene between Cena and Carlson) but there were a few really cool parts (such as Patrick's chick's death scene).
Overall, don't expect anything fantastic but it was a fun little movie. If I had to rate, I'd say **1/2 out of *****.

I never got why Patrick and his buddies kept shooting at the car even after it had gone off the cliff. I mean, that just seems like a big waste of bullets.
