WWE was trying to get USA to air the show on TV and they thought Shatner would help them where Lance Russell, Jimmy Hart, Grandmaster Sexay, and Bill Dundee wouldn't be able to... I don't think Bill Shatner is gonna help;. WWE thought having a TV star/pop culture icon on their show would help them to get USA to air the show. |
