While I usually agree with most of the choices for HOF inductions, this year I'm not a 100% fan of the selections. Sure, we know that Savage will never happen, but Bret Hart wouldn't even show up to Wrestlemania after his induction, and Savage was around a long time before the Hitman was. It just saddens me to know that Vince's politics play such a huge role in HOF induction choices.
Sure I agree that Bockwinkle was a good choice, but does anyone think he would have gotten inducted if the WWE weren't currently trying to pimp an AWA dvd? Jerry Lawler isn't even officially retired, and he's getting inducted as well.
It just makes no sense to me to see so many worthy HOF candidates that are retired, but aren't being pimped out on DVD collector sets, go seemingly unnoticed in the HOF. How about Demolition? How about the Von Erics? how about Ted Debiase? The list goes on and on. I do agree that Bockwinkle is a good choice as a hall of fame wrestler, but this is supposed to be the WWE hall of fame, why are so many actual wrestlers that did work for the WWF/WWE being left out?

I agree with Finkel, and I'd love to see DiBiase inducted as well.

Verne to induct Bockwinkle. Heenan to induct Perfect (who has Larry the Axe acccept) Actually, I think Heenan should induct Bockwinkel and Larry Hennig should induct Curt Hennig. Curt's widow should accept either with their children with her on stage or prominently featured in the audience.

Usually one manager goes in. With Taker's push and the fact that he's gone "old school Taker" do you think maybe this is the year Paul Bearer/Percy Pringle goes in? If Pringle gets in, he should be inducted by the Dingo Warrior ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png)

Well You know...Like dead. Steph:So get another fat ugly black woman, they all look alike, no one'll know the difference, and get vickie guerrero on the phone, i want to run an angle by her...

That reminded me of a sig someone had of Dusty Rhodes on this site. There was a caption that read "Somebody help me find my sweet little saphire! wait she's dead? the dream forgot baby!"

According to Dave Meltzer, Mr. Fuji is confirmed to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame this year in Detroit, Michigan on 3/31.
Fond on gerweck.net
I just read this. I didn't know they were in negotiations with Fuji to be inducted. I only know him during his manager days with Yokozuna. Still, looking back he was a good manager. I just wanted to hear opinions on this.

Fuji should be in. Good choice. You all talk about hogan et al as the wrestlers of your youth. For me it was Fuji. It was like he was always there. When i first started watching as a kid, HE held the tag team belts with taru tanaka. When I was in High school HE held the belts with Mr Saito. When i got out of the Navy and started following Doulble Double E again <around Mania 1> <I was stationed in FL so i followed The AWA/NWA while i was in> HE was one of the great managers <4 best of all time, you order 'em Wiz, Brain, Classy Freddy, and Fuji> Won Multiple Belts, Managed Multiple Belt winners but if that's not enough... FUJI VICE P.S. I forgot "Very entertaining Tuxedo matches against The fink, GEorge the animal steele and Hilbilly jim"

I mentioned to a friend of mine a few weeks ago that Fuji should go in, so i'm pretty happy about it. There's still another man who I want to see go in that I haven't seen mentioned, and it's "His Lordship" Lord Alfred Hayes ![](http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/6/65/Lord_Alfred_Hayes.jpg)

Please not Lord Alfred Hayes, he was crap. If I ever need a laugh I just watch WM1 on DVD because he manages to f*** up every link he has to do. And his accent is soooooooo fake and annoying.

dont even listen to that. Any site can say this guy has been confirmed for the hall of fame. Until WWE comfirms it, i will not believe this. That site also said Sabu will Induct his Uncle, the Shiek. But once again, until WWE Confirms it, i wont beleive it
