WWE Champ. Maybe in the ranks of it. If WWE ruines it, then TNA Champ on the first week he's on there.

I see him being ECW Champ at least once and going on to being IC or US Champ a couple of times.
Will he be WWE or World Heavyweight Champion within those five years? No idea, but it's possible. At the very least, I see him being in the upper midcard.

ECW will have folded by then, and Punk will be on Smackdown. People will STILL have that epic heel turn in their mind, and the amazing feud that he had with Chris Benoit over the United States championship.
...or, he'll be back in ROH.

If they ever pull the trigger on a heel turn in that time frame, he should be in a spot similar to Edge's.
