I like WSX, it is like a Steven Seagal movie. So bad it is good.

You gotta love WSX. Just for Human Tornado and Matt Sydal alone.

I tell you I thought the WSX was going to be much worse. This is what happened when you have a team create a show with no Vince Mcmahon to ultimately make a decision. For every thing WSX does well, they match it with something stupid. I can deal with the explosios. Look at FMW? in Japan in the 90's. They use to put some asses in some seats with all that stuff. Of course they used the props a little more logically. The announcers have to go. They need more ground based wrestlers. Its like you have 30 guys and the only ones you will be able to differentiate if your a non-fan is Credible, Vampiro, and Matt Classic. Everyone else is a sub 200 lb. spot monkey. People will probably think X-Pac is with the White trash guys.
You can tell that they had someone who had some knowledge of wrestling involved. Being MTV which is notoriously cheap, you know they had a spending cap that wasn't very large. They managed to get quality with what I am assuming is a small budget, so someone knew what they were doing. A clueless person might have had a roster packed with the Tyson Tomko's. Virgil's, Koko B. Ware etc, just because they were once in the WWE. However, this same mark got talked into apparently pushing X-Pac and Justin Credible. The person with no knowledge is responsible for the 30 minute tv spot, explosions for the sake of explosions, and the commentators. The commentators I won't even begin to guess on. Definately, lower tier talent that they were experimenting with. Definately a MTV executive forced this move. Gordon Solie rolled in his grave during the initial broadcast.

To the guy above:
Justin Credible was released after making the pilot so he could go to WWECW.
Also I think Waltman and Vampiro had a big part in putting this all together and didn't ask for a lot of money. Probably because this was there only chance to be showcased on TV.

Yeah, I had heard that. In the pilot he nearly gets to one of the championship contracts so it appeared they were going to push him. Its not really that big of a deal if they were to push Justin Credible or XPAC as I don't really hate either. I was being sarcastic really. I am sure the exposure will help out many of these guys and I'm sure exposure was a big word used by MTV execs during negotiations. Of course, they could have hired a bunch of has beens that used the same words when talking about their WWF run decades ago. I think Tornado will benefit the most from exposure as he is a guy who can move just like the other talent while having a charisma not often seen in cruiserweights.

My God, my head hurt from watching WSX. And here I've been talking so much about TNA going at 600 mph during their shows...I know that WSX only has a half hour to work with, but Jeeeeeesus! Between the 30 heavily-edited seconds of Zakk Wylde's "performance," the two minute match with Sydal and Evans, lightning quick camera cuts that made me dizzy, the screaming skipping ring announcer, Kris Kloss, the random explosions, fat Vampiro and the end credits that went to the MTV logo when X-Pac was in the middle of a frigging move, you don't know how happy I was to flip back to the overrun of ECW. I don't really watch ECW that much, but if I had to choose one Tuesday show, you bet your ass I'd be with ECW.

I went with ECW.
Reason One If you really want to see WSX that bad it is rerun a million times. Hell just watch or tape the rerun at Two in the morning. all you have to is wait three hours after ECW and your all caught up.
Reason two for every good thing I saw on WSX there were two two three bad things. The first match was good . The battle royale thing while fun in concept was overly gimicky for my taste and the action was very hard to follow.
this is my list of People who sucked and should have been let go after the first show. The annoucing team , they both sucked fire them yesterday. That ring announcer freak needs to go, since when is it the job of the ring announcer to jog around the ring. he was terrible.
Having said that since it is on so often I will porabably watch one of the reruns every week. Hell I just want to see how bad this crap can get. If I did not know better I would swear that Rob Black is somehow behind this show.

For you people to side with the blight of wrestling that is WSX is just really sad! I mean ECW sucks but at least it dosen't have explosion or piranahs! I mean WSX is just idiotic and stupid! What did they say spotty wrestling is too boring lets add explosion and flesh eating animals!

Why I now watch WSX... -No Test, Lashley, Bob Holly. -Piranhas. Electricity. -Youth Suicide and other bright young indy stars getting a chance to showcase, not people there just because they are roided up people with tiny heads.(See Lashley.)

It was time to change my sig anyways.
I had fun watching WSX, which is more than I can say for a single episode of RAW or ECW in a long time. And in 30 minutes, they still featured more wrestling than an hour of TNA.
ECW featured RVD jobbing to Bob Holly and CM Punk jobbing to Matt Stryker. And Test and Lashley are in the main event. WSX featured Matt Sydall/Jack Evans and a wacky Battle Royal with explosions, pyro, and "ELECTRIFIED FENCES."
WSX is probably the most FUN wrestling show I've seen on national TV in a long time.
