Benoit vs. Angle definitely.
I'm surprised also that most of the matches towards the end of the list were very decent indeed. 1998 onwards there's some great matches there. Chris Jericho vs. The Rock is very underrated in my opinion.

Actually, the '93 match was Bret vs. Razor Ramon.
And I voted for that one, as I quite liked it a lot.

Shawn Micheals and HHH from 2004. With the HHH/Cactus Jack match from 2000 second.

HBK/HHH from Royal Rumble 04 was pretty damn good, I went with that one.

I voted for the Last Man Standing match between HHH and HBK in 04.

What? No Mark Henry vs Kurt Angle or Brock Lesner vs Hardcore Holly? For shame. ;D
I'll go with Angle/Benoit at 03. Real good match, very fluid.

Angle vs. Benoit. To this day that match keeps me on the edge of my seat during the whole thing. The standing ovation for Benoit at the end is also a great moment.

Has to be Angle/Benoit...not only the best Rumble main event, but one of WWE's best matches period.

yeah i went with the benoit-angle match. To this day its one of my favorite matches of all time and it was the best in the angle benoit series. It was even better considering it followed the god awful HHH-Steiner match

Islanders vs The Young Stallions was a main event? I know it was last on the card, but a main event? And 123 Kid/Bob Holly vs Tatanka/Bam Bam is a main event?
Anyway, from that list Garvin/Valentine gets my vote even if there was another match between that one and the rumble itself on that show. That match is so underrated.

not to nitpick but the 2000 one was Triple H vs. Cactus Jack, not vs. Mankind. (yeah I know it's the same guy and J.R. can't tell them apart either.)
