Batista just seems way too out of place on Smackdown. On a brand featuring the best wrestling in the WWE, it feels awkward having Batista around. In addition to that, a lot of these good Smackdown wrestlers have good mic skills(ie: King Booker). So it's not like Smackdown would be lacking in sports entertainment value. Batista would fit in much better on Raw.

Why is Batista still wrestling? cause he still gets the biggest Pops on the whole show. And he gets the biggest pops because WWE marks will cheer anyone the WWE wants them to.

Batista in 2005 was the WWE's biggest star the injury took that fire right out of him.
He fits in on Smackdown very well and would fit in on RAW very well.
I still think switching Cena and Batista would work out far better.

They never should have switched Cena and Batista. Every time I see Cena, I think of him as a Smackdown guy and every time I see Batista I think of him as a Raw guy.

He's a better fit for SmackDown than he is for RAW. It's obvious that Cena is "the" guy in WWE, and Batista is getting up there in age and won't be around that much longer.
It's a better business decision to put him on the weaker brand, to be honest.

I'd still like Batista if he seemed to give a damn. I was a huge fan of the guy in 05 when he was champion. But he just isn't close to the same anymore.

Because he's World Champion they put the Fake World Title on the B-show and the real Company title on the A-Show.

The man was very good, but after the injury he just doesn´t care.
And at least he puts a good show with Finlay. He always sells very well when they are paired together. He should learn from him, he could be very good if he learned some holds and sold every match like that.

Fact is a ripped 300+ man isn't suppose to sell as much as most wreslters, believe it or not. Anywho, i really dislike Batista right now, never REALLY liked him, but now when he comes on it usually ends up with my changing the channel.

When someone punches you in the joints of your knee, I don´t care who the f*** you are, you should sell the damn thing!
And he did!

Fact is a ripped 300+ man isn't suppose to sell as much as most wreslters, believe it or not. . Very debatable. Selling shouldn't adhere to any kind of arbitrary rule, IMO; it should be conditional for providing the best match possible. Kane can go out there an no-sell a ton and it'll be a good match; fellow 300-pounder Morishima can also go out there, sell like a madman for a guy a hunrdred pounds lighter, and also be putting on an excellent show.

why is batista on smackdown? maybe because they can always reshoot or edit something that is taped. Considering batista is far from a ring general the likelihood of him messing is quite high and the taping gives them a way to cover up one of his many flaws.

Only one way to fix it then, make smackdown live!

SmackDown! is a family show... Wait, that doesn't answer the question now, does it?
