No, thank you, because that means that RVD will have the belt, and that's not my idea of a good time.

Won't happen. A lot of people might want to actually see it. Lashley/Test is probably the way they will go.

Not gonna happen. ECW, like Joey Styles, isn't important enough to be at Wrestlemania

I'd love to see it happen, but it probably won't. WWE looks like they want to keep both Punk and RVD as faces for now, though Punk is great in either face or heel roles. If they turn someone heel for the match, it'd be RVD and the guy is just way too over as a face to be booed IMO (he got good face pops as a heel during the Invasion, after all).

I don't know when RVD's contract is up, but if he is leaving, he should put CM Punk over first.

I say look for this match at ONS III....RVD's contract ends in July so he could go out in style by putting punk over...do you think Hammerstein would go for it??

Would they heel RVD for possibly leaving WWE? Would they give a "please don't go" or would they give him a "TNA" type chant. Perhaps CM Punk could get a "New F'N Show" type chant. I think the crowd would actually be pretty split.

I say look for this match at ONS III....RVD's contract ends in July so he could go out in style by putting punk over...do you think Hammerstein would go for it?? I think the fans at the Hammerstein Ballroom would accept it if it were to happen. The past two ONS events were filled with actual ECW fans and people who were smarter than the average WWE fan in terms of wrestling knowledge. They would accept the result because CM Punk has the credibility to beat RVD and its not like it would be a squash if it were Test/Lashley vs. RVD.

3 Way Dance
Lashley (c) vs: RVD vs: CM Punk
EDIT: This way, since it looks like RVD won't be there for long, they can have Punk pin/make RVD tap out. Then Lashley can say he never got pinned for the title, setting up Punk vs: heel Lashley @ ONS III

I'd been wanting that from the get-go. Which means, it's not going to happen. All I know is that when RVD leaves, they'd better use him to put over CM Punk and not some talentless hoss like Lashley or Test.
