23. RENA "SABLE" MERO, 164 POINTS

Born Rena Greek in Jacksonville, Florida, she was active in her youth and was interested in activities such as gymnastics, horseback riding, and softball. After winning her first beauty pageant at 12 years of age, she eventually became a model, working with companies such as L'Oréal, Pepsi, and Guess?.[2]

Greek married Wayne Richardson in 1987, and had a daughter with him named Mariah in 1988. The two remained married until Richardson died in 1991. She met her second husband, professional wrestler and former boxer Marc Mero (who had been performing in World Championship Wrestling as "Johnny B. Badd") in 1993. After marrying Marc in the following year, she broke into the wrestling business through the World Wrestling Federation.

Rena Mero made her World Wrestling Federation debut as Sable at WrestleMania XII in March 1996, escorting Hunter Hearst Helmsley to the ring as he took on the returning The Ultimate Warrior.[1][3]

Rena's first major angles as Sable involved her then real-life husband, who debuted at WrestleMania XII as "Wildman" Marc Mero. After witnessing Sable being mistreated by Helmsley backstage, the "Wildman" attacked Helmsley and took Sable as his manager.[1] She remained Mero's manager until his injury in 1997. Between 1997 and the time he returned from his injury in 1998, Sable became popular on her own.[1] A returning Marc Mero (now known as "Marvelous" Marc Mero) became jealous, refused to let Sable get any of the spotlight, and mistreated her. The duo would enter into a feud with Luna Vachon and The Artist Formerly Known as Goldust, which climaxed in a match at WrestleMania XIV. Sable delivered a superkick to Goldust and executed a powerbomb (known as the "Sable bomb") on Luna. She also delivered a TKO and pinned Luna to finish the match, with the crowd roaring and chanting Sable's name in the background.[4] At the following pay-per-view event, Unforgiven 1998, Sable lost to Luna in the promotion's first Evening Gown match after being distracted by Marc Mero.[5]

After Marc's interference at Unforgiven, Sable came to the ring and challenged Marc to a match. Sable then kicked him in the groin and delievered a Sable bomb to get revenge.[1] Sable eventually broke away from "Marvelous" Marc Mero, who debuted Jacqueline as his new manager, resulting in a feud between the two women.[1] The two met in a bikini contest in July at Fully Loaded 1998. Sable, only wearing impressions of her husband's hands painted on her exposed breasts, won the contest. However, the next night on RAW, Vince McMahon disqualified Sable from the previous night's contest since she did not actually wear a bikini. The match was then awarded to Jacqueline. In response, Sable gave McMahon the double finger.[6] At SummerSlam 1998, Sable and her mystery partner, federation newcomer Edge, defeated Marc Mero and Jacqueline in a mixed tag team match.[4]

Sable and Jacqueline faced off for the newly reinstated WWF Women's Title on the September 21, 1998 edition of RAW. Jacqueline claimed the title after Marc Mero interfered.[7] However, on November 15, 1998 at Survivor Series, Sable won the title from Jacqueline after powerbombing both Marc and Jacqueline during the match.[4][1] During this time, Rena had a guest appearance on an episode of the USA Network show Pacific Blue.[8][2] Sable then briefly entered a storyline where she was forced to play a subservient role to Vince and Shane McMahon, but the storyline did not progress very far.

Sable holds the record for most diva match wins in 1998, ahead of both Luna Vachon and Jacqueline.[9]

In 1999, Sable was attacked by a masked woman named Spider Lady, who turned out to be Luna. Sable defeated Luna in a Strap Match at the Royal Rumble after an assist from a female Sable fan, who turned out to be WWF newcomer Tori.[4] Tori's debut would signify a change in Sable's persona.

After the Royal Rumble, Rena (under her Sable ring name) was featured as the cover girl for the April 1999 issue of Playboy.[8][1] The issue was the hottest selling issue of Playboy in 15 years. Surrounding the release of the issue, the Sable character turned heel by "going Hollywood" and having an inflated ego. Rarely defending her title, Sable continually berated her fan Tori, and she feuded with both Tori and Luna Vachon (who had turned face). She debuted a new catch phrase: "This is for all the women who want to be me and all the men who come to see me" and a dance move called "the grind."[1] The feud with Tori led to a match at WrestleMania XV. During the contest, Nicole Bass debuted as Sable's bodyguard and helped Sable win the match.[10]

Sable went on with Nicole Bass making Bass do all of her dirty work. Sable continued to hold the championship for over five months now, but on May 10, 1999, Debra "won" the Women's Championship from Sable in an Evening Gown Match. Normally in an Evening Gown Match, the winner is the woman who forcibly removes her opponent's dress, which Sable did. However, kayfabe WWF Commissioner Shawn Michaels ruled that the woman who had lost her dress was the winner, making Debra the new Women's Champion. With this, Sable became the first woman to lose a title without losing it by pinfall or submission.[2]


[edit] Post-WWF career (1999-2001)
In June 1999, Rena Mero quit the WWF and filed a $110 million lawsuit against the company, citing allegations of sexual harassment and unsafe working conditions.[11][3] During the course of the lawsuit, Vince McMahon counter-sued Rena over control of the stagename "Sable".[10] Mero reduced the amount she was seeking in damages, and they eventually settled out of court in August 1999.[3] Subsequently, her husband Marc was released from his WWF contract. Rena Mero used her real name for her appearance in the September 1999 issue of Playboy. After her WWF exit, she made an on-camera appearance as an audience member on World Championship Wrestling's WCW Monday Nitro. Her WWF contract's non-compete clause was still legally valid, preventing her from working for WCW -- although she stated that she wanted to.

During this time, Rena made appearances on The Howard Stern Show and Late Night with Conan O'Brien. She also made appearances on television shows such as Relic Hunter and First Wave and in the film Corky Romano as a female bouncer. She released her autobiography, entitled Undefeated in August 2000.[2] She also released a comic book entitled The 10th Muse starring herself as a superhero.[12] She was signed on to star in the film Doppleganger 224, but the film was cancelled for monetary reasons.[citation needed]

On November 13 and November 14, 2001, she appeared as the on-camera "CEO" of the newly formed XWF, but these would be her only appearances with the company.[4] In 2003, she announced that she and Marc Mero were getting divorced.[2] Despite this, she continues to use his surname publicly and professionally.


[edit] Return to WWE (2003-2004)
Rena returned to the World Wrestling Federation (now known as World Wrestling Entertainment) on the April 3, 2003 episode of SmackDown!, reprising her role as Sable. Sable continued as a heel and spent several months in a storyline with new Playboy covergirl Torrie Wilson. Sable would follow Torrie down to her matches, talk with her backstage, and on one occasion she left Torrie in a tag match alone to fend for herself. Sable eventually challenged Torrie to a showdown bikini contest at Judgment Day 2003. After Sable got the bigger applause, Torrie removed another layer of clothing, and Special Guest Referee Tazz declared Torrie the winner. After the match, Torrie went up to Sable and kissed her before exiting the ring. Sable had a brief feud with the guest judge Tazz, dumping water on him on the following edition of SmackDown!, as a means of gaining revenge for declaring Wilson the winner.

Sable then feuded with Stephanie McMahon in a storyline where she was Vince McMahon's mistress.[3] Vince appointed Sable as Stephanie McMahon's personal assistant against Stephanie's will, sparking the feud between the duo. During the feud, they competed in several catfights, a food fight, a parking lot brawl, and a match where Sable bashed a clipboard over Stephanie's head. At Vengeance 2003, Sable defeated Stephanie after interference by her new ally, A-Train. At SummerSlam, Sable accompanied A-Train in his match against The Undertaker, which he lost. After the match, The Undertaker held Sable so that Stephanie could use a Spear attack on her. After Summerslam, Mr. McMahon and Sable focused on getting rid of Stephanie for good, so Vince made an "I Quit" match at No Mercy 2003. In the match, Sable slapped Stephanie and was attacked by Linda McMahon. She also handed Vince the lead pipe that he used to choke Stephanie out for the win.[4]

Sable briefly became a face again when she appeared on the cover of Playboy magazine for the third time in her career. On the cover, she appeared with fellow diva Torrie Wilson, making them the first WWE Divas to pose in Playboy together. Surrounding the release of the cover, the duo feuded with RAW divas Stacy Keibler and Miss Jackie, even though all four women were faces at the time. The two teams squared off at WrestleMania XX in an Interpromotional Tag Team Evening Gown match, but the divas started the match in their underwear, making it more of a lingerie match.[4] Sable and Wilson were victorious.[3] The change was rumored to have occurred because Sable had suffered damage to her breast.[13]

Following WrestleMania XX, Sable quickly turned heel again and engaged in another short feud with Wilson. The feud culminated in a match at The Great American Bash 2004, which Sable won.The following Friday Torrie would get a rematch were she defeated Sable after chasing her and draging her into the ring and a DDT for the win. Sable's final appearance in WWE would be on SmackDown! when she, Dawn Marie, and Torrie Wilson accompanied Eddie Guerrero to the ring in his lowrider. On August 10, 2004, WWE's official website announced that Rena Mero and WWE had parted ways.[13]

Mero, along with Brock Lesnar, appeared at several New Japan Pro Wrestling shows after her WWE release. After Rena and Marc Mero became officially divorced in 2004, she began dating Lesnar, whom she became engaged to later that year. The engagement was called off in early 2005, but they were engaged again in January 2006. The two married in May 2006. It was reported by Yahoo! Sports that they were no longer married;[14] however, they have yet to confirm such a claim.[15]

Valerie Elizabeth Wyndham (born March 27, 1986 in Beverly Hills, California) is an American professional wrestling valet, better known by her ring name, So Cal Val. She is currently signed to TNA Wrestling.

After she was "discovered" while attending a local wrestling event, Valerie Wyndham debuted on March 30, 2002 for the Golden State Championship Wrestling independent promotion as the manager of Pinoy Boy, who she promptly betrayed by berating him after he was defeated by Scott Lost and then leaving with Lost. She appeared for several other promotions in Southern California before her family moved across the country to Orlando, Florida when she was sixteen. Wyndham developed the character of So Cal Val, a wealthy, petulant, ruthless heel.

In addition to working for multiple independent promotions, Wyndham has appeared with World Wrestling Entertainment, modelling a John Cena t-shirt on WWE.com and appearing on WWE SmackDown! as part of a vignette featuring Luther Reigns. She regularly appears with the Orlando based promotion Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, working variously as a ring girl, spokesmodel, merchandise model and interviewer. She appeared at the TNA No Surrender 2005 pay-per-view on July 17, 2005 alongside ring announcer Jeremy Borash, and is currently an interviewer on TNA Global iMPACT!.

Wyndham continues to work for promotions throughout Southern California, most prominently Pro Wrestling Guerrilla, where she was the commissioner at one point.

In July 2006, Valerie was contacted by Playboy about doing a spread for the magazine. She commented about it on her MySpace blog, saying: "It's a very serious thing to consider and the jury is still out on how I am going to handle this one. I've spoken to the people in my life whose opinions I value most, and each has been very supportive. For that I am grateful....but this is one I'm going to have to decide all on my own." She would end up declining the offer.

In August of 2006, So Cal Val officially signed with TNA - which means she will appear more frequently on television, and be involved in more storylines. On August 18, 2006 So Cal Val got kicked out by the Women Extreme Wrestling promotion at their PPV Tapings event Twisted Steel and Sex Appeal. On the December 14, 2006 episode of iMPACT, Kurt Angle dragged her in the ring and threatened to break her ankle until Jim Cornette talked him into letting her go. On the March 8, 2007 episode of iMPACT, So Cal Val got injured after receiving the Black Hole Slam from Abyss.

21. THE BANE OF THE IWC'S EXISTENCE, STEPHANIE MCMHAON, 172 POINTS

World Wrestling Federation
Stephanie was born in Hartford, Connecticut. She first appeared in an on-camera role by modeling WWF merchandise. In early 1999, she became involved in an onscreen storyline involving her father, Vince McMahon, and The Undertaker. The Undertaker stalked and abducted Stephanie and almost "married" her in the middle of the ring in an "Unholy Wedding" ceremony performed by Paul Bearer, until Steve Austin, her dad's then nemesis, rescued her. The Undertaker did this to torment Vince, or so it seemed - but later it was revealed that he and Vince had been in cahoots the entire time. Stephanie and her mother Linda sided with Vince's nemesis Steve. Vince responded by having the Undertaker kidnap Stephanie a second time.

Stephanie began a (kayfabe) relationship with wrestler Test which led to a heated feud between him and Stephanie's older brother, Shane McMahon, who viewed Test as not being good enough for Stephanie. After Test defeated Shane at SummerSlam in a "love her or leave her" Greenwich Streetfight, Shane stopped objecting and began to side with Test and Stephanie to prove he was supportive. Stephanie and Test went on to team together in a match on September 20, 1999, with the couple defeating Jeff Jarrett and Debra. The couple were eventually engaged, but their original wedding date had to be postponed after The British Bulldog accidentally hit Stephanie with a thrown trash can, giving her a concussion and amnesia. A later date was set, but during the in-ring ceremony, Triple H showed a video which revealed that he had drugged Stephanie and taken her to Las Vegas, Nevada where they were married in a drive-through ceremony. This effectively ended the relationship between her and Test. Stephanie seemed to abhor Triple H at first, but eventually revealed that she had sided with him and that the wedding was real - a revenge plot against her father for the aforementioned kidnappings.

In 2000, with Vince McMahon absent as a result of injuries inflicted upon him by Triple H at the 1999 Armageddon event, Triple H and Stephanie became the onscreen owners of the WWF, a period known as the "McMahon-Helmsley Era" and dominated by the McMahon-Helmsley Faction. Triple H held the WWF Championship and Stephanie held the WWF Women's Championship after several interferences and a DDT from Tori against her opponent, defending champion Jacqueline. Stephanie reconciled with her father and brother at WrestleMania 2000 when they helped Triple H defend his title against The Rock, leaving Linda McMahon as the only face in the McMahon family. Linda and Stephanie would exchange slaps throughout the summer of 2000 (she admitted in an interview that she cried because of this[citation needed] [talk]). Throughout 2000, Stephanie would use heel wrestlers to try and eliminate her enemies The Rock, Chris Jericho and Lita. Jericho in particular enraged Stephanie by calling her a "Filthy, dirty, disgusting, brutal, skanky, bottom-feeding trash bag ho," leading to a series of matches between him and Triple H. Stephanie lost the WWF's Women's Championship to Lita in the first women's RAW main event match on August 21, 2000.

In late 2000, a love triangle storyline began featuring Stephanie, Triple H and Kurt Angle. One of the most memorable points of the storyline took place during the Summerslam 2000 PPV as Triple H inadvertently knocked Angle out before EMTs carried him unconscious from the arena. The storyline was resolved officially at Unforgiven when Triple H defeated Angle with a pedigree following a low blow from McMahon, proving her loyalty to him. However, after taking several shots from both men accidentally during a segment on "Raw," Triple H demanded Stephanie stay away from ringside during his matches. Upset by this, McMahon became Angle's manager and was in his corner when he defeated The Rock for the WWF Championship at the '00 No Mercy. The alliance was short lived, as Triple H demanded she withdraw her services.

The internal disputes between the McMahons led to Shane siding with his mother against Stephanie and Vince. Linda was in a comatose state due to the stress of being asked for a divorce by Vince, and Vince took the opportunity to have a public affair with Trish Stratus. Stephanie briefly feuded with Stratus, defeating her at No Way Out 2001, but eventually both settled their differences and sided with Vince. Over the next few weeks, Vince made it clear that he favored Stephanie over Stratus, even allowing Stephanie to cover Stratus with mud using a mop in the middle of the ring. At WrestleMania X-Seven, Shane defeated Vince in a Street Fight. During the course of the match, Stratus slapped Vince and chased Stephanie from ringside, apparently upset with Vince's constant misogynistic treatment of her.

Following Stone Cold Steve Austin and Triple H's alliance with Mr. McMahon, Stephanie returned as Triple H's manager at ringside. Following Triple H's injury in May of 2001, she disappeared from WWF television.

Stephanie later returned and remained as a second time heel on the July 9, 2001 edition of RAW by revealing that she had purchased ECW and intended to bankrupt the WWF (in reality, the ownership of ECW assets at this time was highly disputed), along with her brother Shane, who had become the onscreen owner of WCW. The two groups then merged to form a "supergroup" known as The Alliance. Stephanie was suddenly unemployed after her wrestlers were defeated by the WWF at the 2001 Survivor Series in a five-on-five, Winner Takes All elimination match. The night after The Alliance was defeated, Shane and Stephanie came to the ring to confront Vince. While Shane earned Vince's trust by admitting that he had lost and then leaving quietly, Stephanie tried to say that Shane put her up to it, and it was all his fault. In the end, she was dragged from the building by security personnel because she refused to leave the ring by her own accord. It was revealed later that night that she had sold her "WWF stock" to Ric Flair.

Furthermore, this particular time of Stephanie's career would showcase a few other noteworthy moments. On the September 13, 2001 edition of SmackDown!, Stephanie caused a bit of controversy, albeit unintentionally, by comparing her father's early 90s steroid trial to the September 11, 2001 attacks. Stephanie said, "A few years ago, some people tried to destroy my family. They attacked my father's reputation, they attacked my mother's reputation, and they attacked the World Wrestling Federation. They tried to rip us apart ... but all they did was make my family stronger. And that's exactly how America feels right now. Because on Tuesday, America was attacked. Because America is a united nation. And together, we stand strong. I am incredibly proud to be an American citizen, and I will stand up for my rights and my freedom."[4]

On the lighter side of things, a few weeks earlier, Stephanie would lead The Alliance in singing "Wind Beneath Our Ring", a take off of Bette Midler's hit song, "Wind Beneath My Wings". Moments later, Kurt Angle would put an end to the group song by spraying The Alliance with milk via hose -- including Stephanie. Jim Ross would declare the drenched Stephanie as being a "Dairy Queen" and a subsequent video package would highlight a brief snippet of Stephanie's reaction in slow motion.

A few weeks earlier, Chris Jericho would humiliate Stephanie by pieing her in her face. Stephanie would continue to be tormented as Jericho would make light of her chest's apparent sudden growth (it had been speculated in recent weeks by fans that Stephanie had undergone a breast augmentation) the very next week on RAW. On the TitanTron, Jericho put up a video still of a less-endowed Stephanie from the prior year alongside a recent shot of much more buxom Stephanie to compare and contrast. Jericho would continue the torment by saying, "It seems like our little billionaire princess sure has grown over the last year...well, in two specific places at least - talk about foreign objects - you wanna say let the bodies hit the floor? I would say let the boobies hit the floor!" By her own admission, Stephanie would confirm the breast augmentation rumors on the Opie and Anthony Show the very next day. Behind-the-scenes, amid much discussion and speculation regarding her chest, Stephanie gave her approval for it to be acknowledged on WWE programming.[5]

Stephanie returned in 2002 when Triple H made a comeback as a face, but the couple began having problems. The couple "divorced" after Stephanie (kayfabe) claimed to be pregnant in order to trick Triple H into renewing their marital vows. The split was acrimonious to say the least; Triple H literally complied with the "fifty-fifty" divorce settlement by giving Stephanie the front half of her Corvette and Stephanie claimed that Triple H had abused his bulldog Lucy, in order to gain custody to spite him. Lucy was later run-over by a limousine, much to the distress of Triple H, who chased Stephanie around the ring and humiliated her by pulling her into the ring by the seam of her pants, in the process revealing part of her buttocks.

This revealed a darker, even more sinister side to Stephanie. In order to gain revenge upon Triple H, Stephanie began foiling his attempts to become the WWF Undisputed Champion. After Triple H won the Royal Rumble, Stephanie appointed herself special guest referee in a match between Kurt Angle and Triple H at No Way Out 2002 with Triple H's WrestleMania title shot on the line. Though Angle won thanks to Stephanie's somewhat suspect officiating, Triple H defeated him the next night to regain his title shot. Stephanie then aligned herself with current champion and former enemy, Chris Jericho. Despite Stephanie's best efforts, Jericho lost to Triple H at WrestleMania X8 on March 17. McMahon also received a pedigree from her "ex" during the contest. On the March 25 episode of RAW, Jericho and Stephanie lost to Triple H in a Triple Threat Match for the Undisputed Title, with the stipulation that, if Stephanie was pinned, she would be forced to leave the WWF.

On July 18, 2002, Stephanie returned to the WWF (renamed WWE following a lawsuit from the World Wildlife Fund) as the general manager of SmackDown!. She acquired talents such as The Undertaker, Chris Benoit, Eddie Guerrero, Brock Lesnar, Matt Hardy and Crash Holly from the RAW brand, but in return lost Triple H, Chris Jericho, Christian, Lance Storm, Test, Stacy Keibler, Rico, Gregory Helms, Randy Orton, Batista, and Al Snow. She feuded with RAW General Manager Eric Bischoff throughout 2002, though the enemies inexplicably shared a kiss at a Halloween party in which Stephanie was dressed as a witch and Bischoff was disguised as her father underneath a mask. Stephanie was given credit for the return of the WWE United States Championship and for the creation of the WWE Tag Team Championship. She was also credited with signing Hulk Hogan back to SmackDown!, which caused friction between herself and her father in the storyline that followed.

Stephanie was involved in an amusing segment with Triple H at the RAW 10th Anniversary show, where the two were winners of the "Shut Up and Kiss Me" award. Stephanie jokingly stated that "where else can you get drugged up at your own wedding, marry a loser, fake a pregnancy, get divorced and then make a comeback to head up the greatest wrestling show on TV today, SmackDown?"

Stephanie was ousted from her position after a long feud with her father, Vince McMahon. Though he originally had been the one to appoint Stephanie as the General Manager, he began to resent her growing independence as well as her attempts to stop him from pursuing an affair with Sable. Stephanie wanted him to fire her but Vince wanted her to "respectfully resign". When Stephanie refused, Vince put her in a series of matches with such superstars as A-Train and Brock Lesnar which led up to the first ever "father daughter I quit match" at No Mercy 2003. Stephanie McMahon was accompanied by her mother, the CEO of WWE Linda McMahon and Sable accompanied Vince McMahon in their match. Throughout the match Linda and Stephanie exchanged slaps with Sable when she tried to interfere. Stephanie did not say "I Quit", but lost when Linda, at ringside threw in a towel on her behalf because Vince wouldn't release a choke he had on her with a lead pipe. After the match, Vince put his hand over Linda's face and shoved her to the canvas when she tried to see about her daughter. Paul Heyman succeeded Stephanie McMahon as the new Smackdown! General Manager.

On March 13, 2004, Stephanie attended the WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony, and on September 23, she appeared on the fifth year anniversary episode of SmackDown! and talked about her favorite SmackDown! moments.

2005: Stephanie returned to WWE TV (as a blonde) on October 3, 2005 at WWE Homecoming, when she confronted Stone Cold Steve Austin after he had stunned her father and brother. She slapped Austin, but was then herself stunned. She appeared on RAW for two weeks thereafter, and was involved in the firing of Austin's friend, RAW announcer Jim Ross and the booking of a match between Ross's replacement, Coach, and Austin at Taboo Tuesday 2005, with Ross's WWE future on the line. However, the match was cancelled after Austin suffered a minor injury that, combined with his unwillingness to job to Coach, led to him no-showing the subsequent episode of RAW.

Stephanie had nasal surgery to help her breathing several days before the Eddie Guerrero RAW tribute show that prevented her from appearing in person. She returned to RAW on December 5 as a witness in the mock trial of Eric Bischoff, and claimed that Bischoff had "violated" her by kissing her three years earlier. She called the judge, Vince McMahon, "daddy".

2006: A visibly pregnant Stephanie McMahon returned on the March 6, 2006 episode of RAW, approaching Shawn Michaels backstage and claiming to have abdominal pains. When Michaels left to get her some water, Stephanie pulled out an unmarked substance out of her brassiere and poured it into his bottle of water, causing him to become groggy during his match against Shane McMahon later in the night, which he lost as a result. Stephanie also appeared at the WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony on April 1, 2006 and in a backstage vignette with her immediate family at WrestleMania 22.

2007: Stephanie McMahon returned at WrestleMania 23 (now a brunette again) backstage, visiting her father before his Battle of the Billionaires match. She brought her "daughter" with her to wish him good luck. On June 18 edition of RAW, Stephanie McMahon made her first public appearance and she addressed the fans about her father, Vince McMahon’s (kayfabe) "death". She also announced that next week’s RAW will present a special 3-hour broadcast to celebrate Mr. McMahon’s life but was canceled for the 3-hour tribute of Chris Benoit (who died on June 25) on RAW.

Adams began her career as a model, modeling for various modeling companies such as Hawaiian Tropics, Vertical Smiles, Venus Swimwear, and Elite Model Management before getting involved in professional wrestling.

She first became involved in professional wrestling by trying out for the 2006 WWE Diva Search, for which she failed to make the top 8. Despite not making the cut, Adams was chosen to observe workouts in "development territory" Ohio Valley Wrestling along with Maryse Ouellet, after which she was offered a developmental contract. She accepted and was assigned to Deep South Wrestling (DSW) to train, starting as the valet for Daniel Rodimer. When Rodimer was called-up to the main roster, she was left without a wrestler and focused on becoming a full-time wrestler herself. She made her in-ring debut, a loss to Angel Williams, at a DSW TV taping in December 2006.

On January 23, 2007 Adams debuted on the ECW brand, joining Kelly Kelly and Layla El in Extreme Exposé,[1] what would become a weekly dance segment on the show. She also continued working in DSW and during February she was (kayfabe) promoted to the position of Personal Assistant to General Manager Krissy Vaine, with her main job being to protect Krissy from Angel Williams. This eventually led to another match between Adams and Williams -- as ordered by Vaine. At the March 15, 2007 DSW TV tapings, Adams was (kayfabe) fired from her personal assistants position following Vaine and Williams' alliance together. Adams made her in-ring WWE debut on the May 28, 2007 edition of RAW where she, along with several other WWE Divas from all three brands competed in a Memorial Day Bikini Beach Blast Battle Royal, which was won by Michelle McCool.

Early career
Beulah made one appearance in Stampede Wrestling in Calgary, Alberta in 1988 as Brian Pillman's sister. She was dating Pillman at the time and they had her appear in the crowd to be harassed by the heels so that Pillman could get over as a face by standing up for her.

While attending the 1995 Super Bowl in Miami with former San Diego Padres baseball player Ron Gant, Beulah met the professional wrestler Raven at a nightclub. She told Raven that she wanted back into wrestling and gave him some copies of the issue of Penthouse magazine that she had appeared in. He talked to his boss, Paul Heyman (the owner of ECW), and showed him the magazine, and Heyman agreed to hire her.

Beulah was introduced soon after the outset of the epic Raven / Tommy Dreamer feud. Her backstory was that, while Raven and Dreamer (allegedly former childhood friends) had been attending a summer camp in their teens, they had met Beulah, then fat. Beulah had fallen in love with Tommy Dreamer, but he rejected her, so she slept with Raven. Raven's lackey Stevie Richards brought Beulah to ECW so she could gain revenge on Dreamer by helping Raven. Beulah became Raven's valet, and suffered several piledrivers at the hands of Dreamer during the course of the feud.

At the same time, Beulah feuded with Francine and Luna Vachon, and was involved in several "catfights" with each of them. Her first match was on September 17, 1995, when she pinned Luna after Richards whacked her with a chair. In 1996, she claimed that she was pregnant and told a shocked Raven that it was Dreamer's baby, intensifying their feud. Beulah eventually left Raven and aligned herself with Dreamer. However, at the 1996 Hostile City Showdown Shane Douglas informed Dreamer that Beulah was never pregnant, and also had been cheating on him. When Dreamer demanded to know who with (suspecting Douglas) Douglas pointed to Raven's new valet Kimona Wanalaya, who proceeded to kiss Beulah to the mat. After some hesitation, Dreamer kissed both women, proclaiming "I'll take em both, I'm hardcore!"

In 1997, Beulah and Dreamer teamed up for a few inter-gender tag team matches against Francine and Douglas, with Beulah surprising fans by performing moonsaults in the matches. Later in the same year she defeated Bill Alfonso in what Paul Heyman claimed was one of the most brutal matches in ECW history. As stated in the DVD The Rise and Fall of ECW, this match kept Bill Alfonso employed.

When the ECW wrestlers invaded the World Wrestling Federation, appearing on an episode of Monday Night Raw, Beulah was at Dreamer's side.

In 1998, Beulah was attacked by Justin Credible and was put out of action. Tommy would arrive with her pet bulldog and the fans would wonder when she would return. She returned to help Dreamer feud with Credible and his entourage. A few months later, Beulah grew tired of wrestling and was written out of storylines by having The Dudley Boyz "break her neck" by giving her their 3-D finisher.

After retiring from wrestling, Hayes returned to college. On October 12, 2002 at the Lake Isle Country Club in Eastchester, New York, Hayes married Thomas "Tommy Dreamer" Laughlin, with whom she later had twin girls, Brianna Laughlin and Kimberly Laughlin. The twins appeared in the season six episode of "The Sopranos" called "The Ride" as Domenica Baccalieri Tony Soprano's baby niece.

Beulah returned to the ring on June 12, 2005, at the World Wrestling Entertainment-produced ECW One Night Stand 2005 pay-per-view. She interfered in the main event, helping Tommy Dreamer and The Sandman, but their opponents, The Dudley Boyz, won despite her efforts. Beulah was involved in a catfight with Francine, who had just kicked Dreamer in the crotch.

On June 7, 2006, it was announced that Beulah would be in the corner of Dreamer and Terry Funk against Mick Foley and Edge at ECW One Night Stand 2006 as an equalizer to Lita. On the day of the PPV, the tag match was later changed to a six-person mixed tag match pitting Edge, Foley, and Lita against Dreamer, Funk, and herself. Wrestling barefoot, Beulah handled Lita and appeared on the verge of victory. However, Dreamer, Funk, and Beulah lost the match when Edge speared and pinned Beulah with a cover that resembled the missionary position. She has yet to appear in WWE's new ECW brand even though she is still apparently under contract with them.
