I'm a huge shameless Matt Hardy mark, and I just wanted to express how glad I am that he's finally getting the screen-time that he deserves.
Even if you dislike Matt you must have thought "Damn, they're really burning money here" when he lost to The Miz.
I was realistic enough not to get my hopes up about a main event push, but a good spot in a cool MVP feud pretty much gives me reason to actually watch Smackdown.

Matt is pretty much the only reason I watch SD anymore. Fortunately, they dedicate between 20-25% of SD's airtime to him now, so that helps make the show a little more watchable since the Rape of Smackdown and Edge's injury.

I thought his heel run with the "V1" gimmick was far more entertaining and interesting. I think he's a damn good wrestler and all, but the guy's really not that entertaining to me. I don't mind him getting a singles push, but I think he would be a solid US champ. Just don't think he's WHC quality as others think.

I think they're going to test the water with him. If his (hopefully) US run works ... then they may toss him in a few main event matches.

I'm a huge Matt Hardy mark, I could watch him do anything for 24 hours a day (especially if he's not wearing a shirt)..
For me, he is the reason to watch SmackDown and when he lost to the Miz, I died a little on the inside.

sorry no offence but ..... i dun like him but how ever i tolerate him  and my opinion of him has changed ever since hes quit tagging but he was such a better tag teamer. newaiz sd is awesome i stopped liking raw when cena jumped ship. I dont know why people slag sd when we have Finlay hardy mvp taker batista and unusual jobbers every week who show up to lose to mark henry its a blast  best 2 hours of wrestling i see bar from the 45mins of tna |

I cant believe how the guy has had such a huge turn around in his career. I mean the guy lost his girl to his best friend, was out of the wwe,maybe even wrestling all together,only time you heard of the guy is when he would post how Matt Hardy will not die on the internet. The guy really has come a long way and I think right now his feud with MVP is one of the best things they have had in the wwe in a very long time.

I think he is a very good worker and is very entertaining, but he should be a tag wrestler with Jeff. That team is so over and I think being in one of the most popular tag teams is just as good as being a popular singles wrestler. I don't see him as a legit WHC but he is still fun to watch.
