I think I got it. Simple, really.
"Things Are Looking Up" is a song introduced by Fred Astaire in 1937. Astaire starred in another 1937 movie called "Shall We Dance?". Another "Shall We Dance?" came out in 2004 starring Richard Gere, with a bit part played by Nick Cannon. Nick Cannon was on All That in 2000 with Gabriel Iglesias, who had a recent stand-up special called "Hot 'N' Fluffy". Cotton candy is fluffy, and was introduced in 1904 at the St. Louis World's Fair as "fairy floss". Another word for "fairy" is "pixie". Ben Stein provided the voice for the Pixies in several episodes of The Fairly Oddparents, which also featured Carlos Alazraqui as Mr. Crocker. Alazraqui plays Dep. Garcia on Reno! 911. Reno is known as "The biggest little city in the world," and Rey Mysterio has a 3-disc DVD coming out called "The Biggest Little Man", REY MYSTERIO!
