I know it's Teddy Hart and we're all supposed to just make jokes about how predictable it was, but I would actually like to know why he was fired, since I hadn't heard much about him being in any trouble lately.

Oh well...so much for the new Hart Foundation. He wasn't a real Hart anyway (he's an Annis). Then Harry Smith and Natalie Neidhart shouldn't be part of the stable either.

Now, assuming this is true (since I haven't seen it anywhere but on Gerweck), does anyone actually have the pool saved? I'd like to see where everyone picked.

You need at least one real Hart. The rest can be extended family (like brothers-in-law or cousins). The last version was the best because it had two real Harts (Owen and Bret). This new incarnation would have just been a couple of cousins and a buddy.

PWInsider is now confirming it. It appears to be legit.
From PWInsider: To update you guys on an earlier report, the word going around today is that Teddy Hart was indeed by let go by World Wrestling Entertainment. Details regarding his departure haven't come out yet though.
Furthermore, due to Hart's departure from the company, it appears as though that the planned New Generation Hart Foundation angle has been scrapped as well.
As late as last week, plans were in place for Hart, Nattie Neidhart, Harry Smith and Ted DiBiase Jr. to debut in WWE next month as the new Hart Foundation. They were going to work some house shows next month, and more than likely be called up to the main roster. What with Hart's departure, it looks like it's back to the drawing board for Neidhart, Smith and DiBiase Jr.

Dude, who cares?
The Hart foundation was good once. Twice, depending on how you choose to see history.
But I will shed no tears over the firing of Teddy Hart. Talented or not, I don't want to see old stables rehashed like the Midnight Express, Menudo or KISS. The replacements are hardly ever as good as the originals.
Besides, you can't miss what was never on TV in the first place.

Steve Keirn: Teddy, come in, we need to have a talk. Teddy: (texting on phone) What is it? I'm a very busy man! (Never looks up from phone) Steve: Well, we decided to let you out of your contract. Teddy: (still texting, but looks up) WHAT?! What the f*** do ya mean you're letting me go?! What did I do?? Steve: Well, certain things were brought to my attention this week... Teddy: (texting a little slower than before) Hey, whatever that guy said, those weren't my horse tranquilizers! Steve: Horse...what, no, it's not that. You see, it was brought to my attention that you were, in fact, Teddy Hart. And that's something this organization cannot deal with right now. Teddy: (Still texting on his phone) Well, I...yeah, I can see that. I'll go get my stuff out of the locker, and poop in Harry's bags on the way out.

He lasted longer than I expected.
And I agree, the Hart Foundation legacy should be left in the past, for now anyway.

Or, if they need to add someone, might as well add Cody Rhodes to the group, since he ain't doing anything except wrestling Bob Holly. Or, how about make it a stable of completely third-generation stars, and throw Carlito into the group as well. That would be better than jobbing him to HHH.
