Endgame.
Would be a good In Your House-type name for a show where Triple H's career is on the line.

Survivor Series has really been lagging as of late--I haven't bought it in three years. I figure, it needs a new niche, a serious kick-you-in-the-balls match. The Soul of Steel. It's a four-on-four RAW VS. SmackDown! Survivor Series-style match that takes place in the Hell-in-a-Cell. When one entire team's been eliminated, the members of the surviving team face each other--the first two eliminated get a shot at their brand's Tag Team titles, the third eliminated gets a shot at the secondary title, and the last man standing gets a World title shot. The catch would be that if you're eliminated anytime before one team is entirely gone--even if your teammates win after you've been ousted--you get nothing. That is SOOOO Russoreffic it's untrue. I still want a reverse cage match though...

I am surprised WWE hasn't used the Starrcade name for its' December pay-per-views actually. It carries far more historical merit and kudos than- urgh- Armageddon.
Also, I think PWG has the best show names. They are either hilarious or just downright cool (I love The Battle of Los Angeles as a name for an event.) They do what ECW used to do with shows like Wrestlepalooza, reference popular culture in their show names and work on a number of levels. That is what WWE's pay-per-view titles don't tend to do.

January: Beginning Of The End Febuary: Give 'Em Hell March: Prepare For Takeoff April: Deathtrap May: Beyond All Limits June: Paint The Ring Red July: Your Showdown Of Showdowns August: The Long Road Ahead September: Fightmare October: LIVE In MURDERVISION November: Warpath December: And Then There Was One
The Warpath PPV will consist of one giant Gauntlet match with everyone in it. Afterwards, the winner of the Gauntlet will face off with the 5 wrestlers who had the most wins in the Gauntlet, in an Elimination match.

I say WWE should have a PPV on March 15 and call it the Ides Of March. They should also have a PPV on July 4 and call it Scorn On The Fourth Of July. Other names: The Beginning Of The End Sunday, Bloody Sunday Kill Or Be Killed No Chance In Hell (I'm amazed there wasn't a PPV named this in 1998-2000) So, at "Sunday, Bloody Sunday", would the main event be Edge vs. The Edge?

In the e-fed world, the two best we had came during the Winter.
The first is Winter War, ala Summer Slam. And then a good one if you're doing a PPV very close to Christmas is Violent Night.

My plan is aimed at giving each PPV a unique aspect, as opposed to the generic PPV's we have today: January: The Royal Rumble (30 man match, plus normal matches). February: No PPV. Instead, SNME would be broadcast to build up to WrestleMania. March/April: WrestleMania (featuring an annual 20 man tournament for everyone not involved in other matches. The winner gets a title shot at next PPV. MITB also featured). A period following Mania would also be PPV-less. May: The Great American Bash (patriotic theme. Features WarGames). June: King Of The Ring (tournament winner gets title shot at SummerSlam). July: Road Wild (always held outdoors with car/bike theme. NOT held at that biker rally). August: SummerSlam (mid-year mega PPV). September: Cyber Sunday (all matches voted for over the net). October: Halloween Havoc (spooky theme. Features the Elimination Chamber). November: The Survivor Series (all team matches). December: Starrcade (year end mega-PPV). Very much agreed, except I might replace Road Wild with Super Brawl.

Not a new PPV name, but I'd totally mark if a PPV had a Wild West theme. Unforgiven would work.
PPVs these days need more themes. Most of them are just bland. I loved WCW's Bash at the Beach (Beach theme) and Halloween Havoc (Halloween theme). It may be slightly corny, but damn it, it's awesome.
Also, a Pirate theme. There totally needs to be a Pirate theme.

My PPV schedule would be cut down to one every other month.
February: Hearts Of Fire. Standard PPV event.
April: Pick Your Poison. The gimmick match PPV with "Spin The Wheel, Make the Deal" rules.
June: Tag Team Turmoil. The main attraction is a one-night tag team title tournament.
August: Heatwave. Standard PPV event.
October: Gauntlet for the Gold. The main attraction is a huge gauntlet match for the #1 Contendership to the World Title.
December: Endgame. The biggest show of the year, the end-of-year spectacular.
