Eh. He doesn't really look muscular.
Before he was let go in 2003 and while he was in TNA is was obvious he was on something, because he looked painfully thin. Now he kinda looks like he did back in 2000, just with a bit more fat.

Look back at some classic hardy boyz matches, now watch a Jeff hardy match now........ He is far bigger, and not fat, muscular.. Also if anyone has noticed the giant jaw of the guy lately too If by juice you mean meth? Then yes

He's older now so he wouldn't be so scrawny as he once was just wrestling on a trampoline.

As you get older.. you unfortunately have this problem of adding mass to your body. If you work out and keep yourself in shape, it makes you look thicker.. if you're lazy like most people. Then you start a beer belly. There's a huge body change after the age of 30 that causes this. I only know this from helping a pre-med ex study for a test... in Billy Madison style quizzing.

Sigh.... Why must people think that everyone is on steroids? Because they are No, It's because people's perception is so bad now that you can't even make an attempt to look good or people will blame you of steroid use.

You never know, maybe Vince or whoever has told him if he wants to be main event calibre he'll have to bulk up and look bigger. Makes sense to me - Bigger Hardy is getting bigger matches.

I think he just gained weight after kicking his crystal meth habit.
If anything, I think Jeff Hardy is one of the few guys on televised wrestling that isn't on steroids.
Hell, who am I kidding? Most indy wrestlers dabble in the gas as well. Just watch PWG's yearly Battle of Los Angeles tournament and compare the physiques of people with extensive ROH work versus people who are more known for their PWG work. Kevin Steen and El Generico are exceptions, they don't need any drugs that aren't green(or green with colored hairs) to be totally awesome.

Steroids make your jaw bigger? It does in women. Human growth hormones makes you grow. Your muscles, your bones, everything. Except your nads, they shrink.

Steroids make your jaw bigger? LOL Go die in a ditch. Yes, it makes your whole damned head bigger. This is one of the more profound factors in Barry Bonds' guilt. His head swelled up several sizes. What is with the rampant arrogance around here?

Steroids stimulate and force the growth of all the muscles, as such your jaw muscles also get bigger creating a more pronounced looking jaw.
However, Jeff has always had a 'defined' jaw in that he has quite a sharp facial bone structure, so i would doubt that actually proves anything.
When he returned he had a tiny tummy to him, as he has wrestled more that has gone, as you would except from someone clean off recreational drugs and working out.
The only thing that could possibly indicate any steroid usage is that his shoulders and trapezius look a little bigger, but they are the actually one of easiest muscles to gym build using a simply rowing machine and seen as the rest of him doesnt look any bigger, i would assume that all he has been doing is a bit of extra working out on those particular muscles, which would make sense as they run acorss the whole upper back and would be the ones he lands on whenever he does the swanton and so the more developed they are the better i would have thought.

He probably is, not because of his appearance...but because he's Jeff Hardy.

He's just older. We get thicker as we get older. You can't expect someone to look exactly like they did 10 years ago. Gravity isn't that kind.

Anyone can be on the juice as we have all found out but i really don't see Jeff Hardy as someone who pumps himself with Roids
