WrestleMania XX is still gonna be looked at by me as two of the greatest in-ring workers finally getting the spotlight on them. It sucks how from now on the E is gonna pretend like this never happened.

WM 7 : Savage and Elizabeth reunite in storyline. Less than 2 years later they divorced and Elizabeth dies in another 10 years later. Summerslam 92 : Bret, Davey Boy and Diana stand in the ring after the classic. 8 years later Bulldog and Diana get divorced and 3 years later after that Davey Boy dies. Canadian Stampede WWF PPV : Main Event, 4 out of the 10 guys have passed away. (Hawk/Pillman/Owen/Davey Boy). After the match most of the Hart Family stand in the ring. Over the Edge 99 : Owen Hart falls and Jim Ross says Owen Hart has died to the shock of many. Wrestlemania 20 ending : Benoit/Eddie Guerrero/ Nancy/Benoit's children celebrate in ring. 3 Years later most of the people in the ring are dead. ..This is quite possibly the most depressing thing I've read in a while. |

Owen's death is by far the saddest. In retrospect the ending of WM XX is sad, only for the tragic circumstances of the few years following what was a touching and happy moment.
Savage's goodbye at WM VII was sad in that way, that I'm a guy, and I can't believe that I'm not throwing up... Damn you, Gorilla Monsoon!... Bobby Heenan's little jabs during the thing, kinda takes away from it, even though they are funny.
