A heel needs to win it this time. A heel hasn't won the Rumble since 1999...true story. Batista was still heel when he won it. Ehh...he was still with Evolution, but he was on the verge of a face turn, was getting face reactions and was even acting like a face. I guess you're right though.

Kennedy definitely won't be winning it. I still want him to develop on Raw a lot more. He hasn't done anything since changing brands and he needs more feuds and victories over major stars.
Edge or MVP should win it.

Zack Gowen! OMG! Think about it. They must go over the top rope and both feet must touch the floor. But how can they when one is in a medical waste dump somewhere? He can't be eliminated! It's perfect!
Jericho would be great, provided he actually comes back and they don't carry on the 222 promos until 2016. Edge is a bad choice IMO, as he doesn't really need a RR win to get him over. It should be someone that's a fairly legitimate main event contender, but would gain a significant mark boost from a RR win (i.e. not HHH, You-manga, ect.).

Jericho comes out at number 22 and wins. You just know the Internet would explode.

If Taker has the belt by January then I'll say Edge has a good shot
Other than that probably Triple H if he's in it

UNDERTAKER WON THIS YEAR'S RUMBLE.
IT HAPPENED IN JANUARY.
HE WENT ON TO DEFEAT BATISTA FOR THE WORLD TITLE AT WRESTLEMANIA.
(People, it's important to really read what you're responding to)

I would not be suprised if MVP won the Royal Rumble within the next 2 years. He seems to have the charisma and he is over by the fans (over as in entertaining). If he could just get out of that feud with Hardy, he would be all set.

Either one of the Hardyz. They're simply too over to deny them a decent storyline that leads up to a shot. And, god willing, one of them will win the belt and get at LEAST 3 months out of it.

Garry Busey rides a bear down to the ring, Busey enters at 17 the bear enters at 19. They run rough shod over the roster working together to clear the ring. Then it's just Busey and the bear left. Now Busey think him and the bear have a deal and waits for the bear to eliminate himself. The bear has a different ideal and throws Busey into the third row.
The bear wins and goes on to wrestlemania to face...

as far as the taker won this years rumble...I am treating rr as like a school year. There was a summer break in between so nre year.
I don't see HHH winning it, I think they already have the necessary story

It would be one of those cool staredowns if they were the last 2 in the rumble.... But, what are the chances of that?
