I count Candice as an actual wrestler, since hse has learned more than Torrie Wilson in two years, than what Torrie has learned in almost a decade. The only thing I can think of for Torrie is the stinkface.
A smarks dream would be for all of the valets to be killed by the Glamazon, and she forces her teammates onto Mickie's team and takes them out one at a time. But then again, I don't watch PPVs so I don't really care.
Isn't there a Survivor Series Boxed set available somewhere? If we want traditional matches we could either buy the boxed set (if it exists) or simply play the lastest Smackdown game where we assemble our own teams for fun.

I think some people are under-estimating Michelle McCool's wrestling ability here. She had a couple of very good matches with Victoria on Smackdown. While she may not be to Beth standard, it's unfair to lump her in with Wilson and Kelly as she is clearly better. She matched Victoria in those matches IMO.

On the subject of the survivor series match, I really do hope there is some stipulation or reasoning behind it, as just throwing faces and heels together all for the sake of having an elimination match doesn't really make me want to buy it that much right now.

this is only one survivor series match cuz there is not enogh wrestlers to make another match. think of who will be left captain boogeyman against captain cody rhodes. not if i have anything to say about it. that would have stupid!!!

I concur with BorneAgain. This has potential within this very month in which the PPV will be seen. doytch's match is really a pipe dream that, like I said, can be duplicated in a video game and will never happen. Besides, tell me specifically the bad things about any of BorneAgain's picks.

Check the page on the survivor series website for this match. They blatently state its the only elimination match this year.
I'm with the view that if it goes long, then that'll be fine. I was so stoked last year that three elimination matches were announced but I don't think one of them went over 15 minutes

I agree that it would be extremely awesome to see a survivor series match go for about an hour.
I also think that with this length, there should be a tournament to qualify for a team, and rewards for the survivors.
Regarding last year, I think that the DX-Rated RKO match was so weak when it had so much potential. The best was Cena-Big Show.

I always thought an interesting way to create both a team and a No. 1 contender for the title is have six of the top contenders on a show (say Jeff Hardy/HHH/Shawn Michaels vs. Umaga/Mr. Kennedy/Carlito) go against each other in an elimination six man tag. The surviving members on a team who aren't eliminated wrestle each other later for the right to face Orton at Survivor Series. (Unless of course only one survives in which case they automatically the number one contender.) Those who were eliminated go on to make up the Raw team at the PPV. |
