When do YOU think Y2J will return(if ever?)

I don't really care, the sooner the better but chances are the RAW he shows up or whatever I'll miss it anyway.

It seems obvious to me that the IWC pretty much wished Y2J into this role and I'd be willing to bet the save_us22 stuff originally had nothing to do with Y2J.
