Get ready for some more complaining: Oh and one more thing...one...horrible thing maybe to some. You know, when you had quiete many grapples on the ground, submission moves like the Sharpshooter, Single Leg Boston etc? You have 3 of them left on the head, and 1(!!!!) on the legs(Boston Crab), when you start off. All Submission style A&B-moves are gone, I guess there is only SS-Submission right now! As a finisher, you can still select those moves like Figure 4 and stuff(with the new system of course) but ONLY as a finisher. I took a look at the list(there are only 2 submissionmoves at the feet from the opponent available as regular ground moves, Boston Crab and one locked) So more or less all submission moves on the ground are limited to be finisher only! that's just insane.

Looks like it's "Call of Duty 4" for me this week Hmm... looks like they've at least moved COD4 from World War II to modern warfare and made improvements over the previous ones, which already makes it slightly more interesting. Not that I'd get a Call of Duty game anytime soon, but at least they seem to be trying to move the series forward instead of making "Generic WWII FPS #53,594" again.

The COD series is great, and far from the "Generic WW2 FPS", although COD 3 almost became that. But COD3 wasn't developed by Infinity Ward, either.

I will say i'm very glad Call of Duty moved into the modern era, after Battlefield 2 there wasn't a lot of real good Modern-era military shooters (in my opinion)

Apparently, THQ figures that no one would actually use a submission unless it were a finisher. This series gets more and more ridiculous with every passing iteration. They'll might as well go ahead and make it Rumble Roses full time. ....What's wrong with Rumble Roses (Or are you one of those whipped PC thugs who has to convince everyone he's NOT a misogynist by hating the game)?

Nope. I love chicks with whips and stuff. I just think it's average. But hey, at least THEY has the Canadian Destroyer!

IGN has reviewed SVR08. And they gave it a 7.5 Not a good score really. It's a wait for it to go cheap in six months price. Well I might get Call Of Duty 4 or Pro Evolution Soccer instead. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) And stick with 07 for the time being.

finally IGN has the nuts to give them a bad rating. Maybe this will turn things around?

Man, I hear the attitude era title is an unlockable belt. I would get the game just for that, but then again I am very easily pleased.

I guess I'm going to buy NBA Live 2008 instead of SVR 08. Though I might change my mind cause I'm a glutton for punishment.

I'm playing the DS version right now. It's really weird, not bad,but just really different. I just think it's way too slow for a wrestling game, and it's waaay too hard to do a finisher. >_> I haven't even been able to pull off one, since there's no special bar.
