fire pro is great because of its simplicity and that it has great renders in 2d sprites, reallistic wrestling psychology and a crowd that actually cares about the match rather than just random noise then lots of moments of silence. Also, the crowd doesn't chant BORING at every thing your CAW does. And the announcers don't run you down even when you're the face and you win. Come to think of it, your ego really takes a beating in the SD series. All that happens, and you look like a tard every time in Season mode. Weird.

The Smackdown! vs RAW series is actually a great series. But like anything that's great, there will be the usual flock of sheeple who dislike it for that very reason. On the other hand, Firepro is horrid in many ways. I'd say it's comparable to the old WWF games on the Super Nintendo in terms of graphics, gameplay, and control. Truth be told, I doubt anyone here really prefers it to SVR, it's just the "cool" thing to pretend that you do. You're funny. Have these Roffle Waffles I just made.

Night Shamalyan wrote the goddamn storyline.

Seriously, that's why I like KoC2 and Wrestle Kingdom so much, their season mode is what it should be 'TRY TO WIN THE TITLE OR TOURNAMENT.. THATS IT'

Almost like they're trying to tell us something... You pay them 60 bucks, they punch you in the balls. Fair trade. See? Now if I could just simplify things like this in my life, I'd have an easier time during the day. Very nice, sir.

I mention KoC 2 because it's esentially the 3d version of Fire Pro. That said, KOC is a good deal deeper as far as the grapple system goes, and the AI is a lot better. The sheer number of licenses helps it well. Have you played Sasaki on KoC2? God his moveset is beastly.

I had no idea Flair was in KOC2 until I played through the NJPW survival road as Liger.

Yeah, I did Survival Road with Kawada, then I got to the final guy who was a Judo dude, he kept mounting/dry humping me to death so I just started over with Sasaki to do some clobbering time, and unlock Muta.

Urgh, the guy in the Gi? Yeah, he kept whooping my ass too. Probably because I tried to do the MMA road as Hashimoto.
