agreed. many people would love to be upper midcarders. Although people may say Teddy would be wasted on only an upper midcard

Usually WWE tend to draft most of their "filler talent", or veterans who had done all the do-able on a show.
So seeing a good part of the drafted Superstars are gone isn't really surprising.
