If that was the case, he could have had used the Stunner, the chokeslam and tombstone piledriver, the pedigree, the rocker dropper and the figure four.

Actually I believe not long after the Ankle Lock he goes for a Figure Four but Orton counters it before he locks it in

I'm surprised they would let him do Benoit's finisher. I mean I guess the Crossface is a legit wrestling hold and isn't owned by Benoit or anything, but still.

There are a lot of people who use the Crossface as a finisher, or as a match-ender submission. Like TAKA Michinoku, Dick Togo, Jado and lots of others.

Next time Nancy Grace decides to cover WWE. You know they're going to show HBK doing the crossface 900 times. And go on about how that was the move that supposedly killed Daniel.

I actually think this is a great step forward for WWE, shows that they've moved on in it's own way. Plus during the move I wasn't so much thinking "OMG BENOIT!" it was more "TAP! TAP! TAP!"
