I forget a lot of times DDP was in the WWE... but I also try to forget DDP's slant in WWE period.

Well, now that you added the list, Spike Dudley.
I was gonna say Mark Henry, but forgot Debra gave it to him (on behalf of Jeff Jarrett) as a reward for taking out/beating up Ivory.

Actually, Jarrett gave him the belt as reward for turning on D'Lo and helping Jarrett get the Euro-Continental belts. Ivory had already won the Women's belt and turned heel by that point.

Although I never saw him win or lose it, I remember that Crash had it. It's Bradshaw who always forget. Yet I did see the Raw where he won it. What was the point of giving him the belt anyway? IIRC, he lost it to Christian 2 weeks later(at a house show, no less). Was the Raw he won it on in Texas or something? Funny thing about Christian's win was it was actually at SmackDown! taping. It was so important that they took it off because there wasn't enough time

I miss Crash, he was good for a chuckle. I marked for his scale.

I always remember Matt Hardy's because he politicked for it, and it was going to be Raven's.
Crash and Hurricane had slipped my mind, though.

I guess I can't really remember Spike wearing the title. Weird because I always had some sort of love for him. Probably because of all the shit he puts himself through.

I remember Spike as champ, I saw a match with him and Regal at Insurrextion 2002 (I'm pretty sure that what is) over the Euro belt. Don't recall Hurricane's reign, did it last long?

DDP beat christian, right? was that the start of the "tantrum" gimmick?

I'm surprised so many people are voting Crash. You'd think more people would remember him beating Regal for the belt in front of a British crowd. I voted Bradshaw myself. There were a lot of titles bouncing around during the summer and fall of 2001, it was easy to lose track of certain reigns. I blanked it from my memory.

I voted for Saturn because I didn't remember that at all. But even more shocking, I didnt know D Lo held the belt four times! I remember him being the Euro Continential champion, at the time when a few people were Intercontinential and European Champion at the same time. But i had no clue he held it that many times.
