I thought Steph fired him? yeah i remember a huge thread a couple months ago where we were debating whether or not it was right to fire a quadripalegic after 10 years of sit around writing wwe.com articles work.

According to Wikipedia, he's still writting for the website. I doubt they ever would fire him, for a number of reasons, being 1. Wrestling Promoter Ethics; I understand wrestling has a rule about firing people while recovering from injuries. You can fire them afterwards, but not during.
2. Locker Room Morale: Related to one, wrestlers like to know if they get seriously injured, they can count on Vince to help them out. If Droz was ever fired, that would break that trust, similar to how Brett's screwjob affected locker room morale. If VInce could do this to his friend, why should I trust him.
and 3. publicity; Firing a man who can barely move would be horrible publicity.

Didn't some wrestlers get heat a few years ago for not saying hello to Droz?

Again, why do people still put faith in these so called online journalist? I remember where people hated Stephanie because she fired Droz, yet he is fine and dandy here in the E.
Do these internet writers have an agenda against certain people like Stephanie, Triple H, Batista, etc...? It could explain why people who put faith in these writers hate these certain wrestling figures.

The agenda is that since fans often hate those people, there's a lot of interest in stories bashing them, so they're ones that should ALWAYS be taken with a grain of salt.

These journalist imo are no better than the ones from the Insider or any celebrity paparazzi company.

I wouldn't go that far, I guess, but I still never believe even established guys like the torch and The Observer until I see it happen onscreen. People need to remember they've been wrong a number of times.

Didn't some wrestlers get heat a few years ago for not saying hello to Droz? Yeah. Jindrak and O'Haire, IIRC, not long after the whole Invasion thing started.

It is quite obvious that a lot of them just love to trash the Mcmahons, there have been some ridiculous stories about them.

Droz is not going anywhere. Vince McMahon ( the person, not the evil in ring gimmick ) said that he will take care of Droz's family. Remember the man has a family. If I were as messed up as Droz is, I would not even try to do any work. Give credit to Droz for at least doing ANYTHING he can in his state to try to help his family. I have a family member with the same state as Droz - it's not pretty. Cut him major slack.

I use to read his "Droz's two Cents" columns on wwe.com when he still wrote them. They were really good, i wish he started doing them again.
