It said "major" and "star". How do all signs point to Sid? Former 2-time WWF Champion & 2-time WCW Champion. If you don't think that Sid's a major star you need your head examined. I don't imagine that Sid is in any condition to compete, though. He's lost his famous physique & I don't think he fully recovered from that ugly looking leg break at Sin. He's done some work in Memphis. But a thought occurs to me(although I really expect something involving Finley at Mania but) Arn Anderson vs Vince McMahon for Ric Flair's career.

My Top 5 to return would be
(1 Muhammed Hassan (2 Sid (3 RVD (4 Steve Austin(only if he would return full time) (5 Hulk Hogan (just because I feel bad for him with the divorce and the rumors of the montreal gay strip club)

I'm willing to wager it's Sid. He's been wrestling more lately and apparently is still in shape and his leg isn't bothering him. Since they'd wanna keep all the big guys they can get, I can imagine it being him. And once again, Brock CAN'T be it regardless of Vince's feelings on it; he's signed with UFC and they don't let their guys wrestle

Just a thought ... imagine if they brought Sting in, for a one-time match with Flair?
That would be awesome.

Goldust did some amazing heel work when he first started in WWF and had his IC title feud with Razor Ramon. I loved the old school Goldust stuff. I always loved it whenever him and Marlena were together. It just felt... right on screen. He made sure that I will NEVER forget the name of (inhales deeply).........Goldust. (chomps teeth) Seriously, though, I don't think it would be Austin. Didn't he retire the first time because his neck got too bad? I know he had that neck surgery after he broke it and came back full time, but didn't it get really bad again and he had to call it quits for good?

He was consistently one of the best things about WCW his entire time there. But this says major return. Sting can't "return" if he was never there to begin with. I wonder if he'd bite if Vince offered him a high base salary with a limited to no house show contract.

Yeah, maybe Sting wouldn't sign with WWE - but he probably would do a one-off match with Flair at 'Mania (the last match for both of them.)

It would be nice to see sting in a wwe ring. However, only one person's return will make me mark out at this time. I will give you a hint. "OOOOOOHHHHHHHHH Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!"

Wrong. Brock offered a WM storyline at WM 23, but Vince turned it down since Brock verbally agreed to come back and then sued him. Vince is still mad about that and wants nothing to do with Brock. Well, Sable was hired again after suing for $110 Million. If a buck can be made, Vince will swallow his pride enough to hire Brock again too.
