I think Kong is perfect where she is right now. Honestly the only benefit that she would get from jumping to WWE would possibly be a bigger paycheck... but when you factor in the fact that signing with WWE would force her to stop her indy work and other touring, I am not even convinced that she'd even be any better off financially.

Didn't we have a Halloween costume battle royal? You know, where Victoria dressed as Yokozuna in giant fat suit? And Kelly was a, nnnnnng, "gangsta?"
Yeah, WWE really takes women wrestling seriously.

f*** no! Im not a fan of Kong at all. No its not because SHES NOT TEH HAAWT!!11 Its because shes just a boring charecter to me. She over acts, her facial expressions are f***ing retarted, and no one in the womens division can believable even do a move to her without it looking completley rediculous.
She's the equivelant to Khali for me. She just goes out, power move, power move, stupid facial expression, power move, over acting, pin, continue stupid facial expressions. Yay!!! Let me just mark out for that!!111!!!
She needs to just wrestle men. Otherwise, shes about as exciting as Nicole Bass or Chyna when they were in the Womens division.

No, because WWE doesn't really need her. They already have a female monster to beat up every woman in her path: Beth Phoenix.

I must admit, if I had to pick a favorite wrestler right now, it would be Awesome Kong. I purposely record TNA Impact, and fast forward to just her stuff and watch it.
Should Vince hire her? Well...let's just put it this way. What Vince should do has never stopped him from doing what he chooses to do before. So why should he start now?

Funny, it seems to me that just over the summer WWE did a couple of matches where the whole point was for the diva's to spray each other with squirt guns and throw water balloons at each other. And I believe earlier in the year there was a "paddle on a pole" match. And just recently there was a backstage segment that involved Kelly Kelly and Layla throwing food on each other.
But back to the point-I honestly would not want to see Awesome Kong in WWE, at least not right now. Kong is a talented female wrestler, and I think TNA has been booking her pretty well so far. WWE does not have a great track record when it comes to women of her appearance. There are all too many memories of Rhonda Singh, who had been a major wrestler in Japan, being made into Bertha Faye. I would not want to see the same thing done again. WWE prefers their female hosses to be like Chyna or Beth Phoenix, not like Awesome Kong.

What he said, minus the jab at the Great Khali. She is boring as hell and no one in wrestling has made me change the channel faster than her.

Honestly, why does carrying a picture of Gail Kim around make you a threat? Don't most marks do that anyways? No, The WWE Woman's Division is a afterthought. TNA is wise to develop one, much as it's done with the Tag Team and Crusierweight Division and capitalize on Niche wrestling forms that the WWF is weak in. If that plan works, women wrestlers should stay with TNA.

At the moment, Kong is better off staying with TNA. They treat their women's division more seriously. They've tried to hire wrestlers rather than models. Most of their women have some sort of indy/developmental experience, whether it's Shimmer, OVW or something else. That said, I'd enjoy seeing Kong in the WWE. I'd love to see her and Beth work. She also put on a great match with Nattie Neidhart at one point. I'll see if I can find it again, because I used to have it in my sig. www.youtube.com/watch?v=iL44M3RL_1o

WWE would have to really start getting serious about the Women's division if this were to happen.
Actually having a structured booking system, believable feuds and story lines etc.
Would be great to see her in WWE, however she would probably be completely different there.

Yes! The Amazing Kong versus the Glamazon. I'd definitely pay a pay per view just to see that. I'm serious.

I want to add that there is one definite thing that TNA seems to be doing a little differently than the WWE is as far as the ladies go. The WWE has always, back to the time when it was the WWF and WWWF, built its women's division around a single woman. Lets take a look at the most recent history: when they resurrected the women's title in the 90's, they built the whole women's division around Madusa Micelli/Alundra Blaze. When she left for WCW, that killed the entire division off. Then, in the late 90's, they brought the title back again, and built the whole thing around Sable. When Sable left, the women's division floundered a bit, but then Chyna eventually emerged as the standard bearer. When she was wished well, again, things were thrown into chaos. Eventually Trish Stratus stepped up to take the mantle, and she was the focal point of the entire women's division for several years. Now that Trish is gone, and Lita as well, they started trying to build the whole division around Candice, but now in her absence they have thrust Beth Phoenix into the top position. Now, some can argue that there have been other tops with Lita and Jazz being strong names. But nonetheless, the WWE's womens division has, for most of its history, been a one woman show.
TNA, on the other hand, at least appears to thus far have built a more balanced looking roster for the ladies. While Gail Kim is the champ, and Kong is pretty obviously going to hold the title eventually, for the most part they have not made any one woman the total focus point of the entire thing. Now, this may be simply because they do not have as many women as WWE does right now, it might also be because they simply have not found their version of Trish Stratus. But for the moment, TNA's women's division is far more balanced, with each of the ladies looking like a possible contender, even though Kong is the inevitable champ.

He had an oppertunity to hire Amazing Kong and he failed to do it.
TNA got there first.

Didn't we have Layla and Kelly Kelly rolling around on a table of food in bikini bottoms only 2 weeks ago? lol No, actually, that didn't happen. It was a food fight, and I think they were wearing normal clothes.

Guess what though......the way the WWE hires women and uses them actually makes them more money than the way TNA uses women. Pushing women on calendars and in mags and DVD's because guys think they are hot or kids wanna see it to beat off to when they are 14 makes you a lot more revenue than pushing wrestling as a serious deal that will draw tickets... If you think a high number of people will ever buy PPV's or tickets to watch the women wrestle...not in this country. i disagree once again. women could be just as big a draw as men. the problem has ZERO to do with women and all to do with how vince pushes them. even now with good women in the division they put the belt on the most inexperienced regular in the division. women's wrestling could draw in this country. what makes you think they can't? just because vince doesn't like to? Have a convo with casual Joe wrestling fan...sometimes I think us "smarks" forget we are the minority. Can women draw, sure, but on the WWE level it will take a lot more than just being a good wrestler with a serious push. Hell the biggest draw in their company is John Cena and tons of smarks hate him.
