I thought he could really work. I also thought he was going to break out as a main eventer. He had great feuds with Owen Hart, Bulldog, Blackman, Mankind, Rock, Stone Cold and Jericho. He was an IC & tag champ and a King of Ring winner. I always wanted him to hook up against Angle, but sadly it never happened.

He had a fued with Jericho? I thought they only had an altercation or two then he left the company... Did they ever have a match? If so, I can't believe I missed it!!

They had a first blood match at a Smackdown taping in Dallas that I went to. It was the same night that Triple H had to run through all the gimmick matches (casket, boiler room, inferno, etc.). I think it might have been Shamrock's last apperance.

I remember it very clearly, Shamrock was bleeding from the mouth and the announces said that he was bleeding internally and that was the last WWE fans ever saw of Shamrock. So for all intents and purposes in WWE's continuity heel Jericho ended face Shamrock's career.

I do remember he had at least a mini-fued with Jericho, since Jericho referred to him as Scamrock.
I liked Ken Shamrock. He wasn't AMAZING, in my estimation, but I'd put him with the likes of Gangrel and Road Dogg as good workers.

Yeah, good opponents, but he kept up with them move for move.
The Rock and Triple H by that point were not as great as they were in 2000.
Hmmph.
I really want TNA to do the Angle/Shamrock showdown

I don't think they ever had a big payoff match on PPV, but they had about a month of TV on both RAW and Smackdown. The feud saw Jericho bring back Mr. Hughes to help him out and brawl with Shamrock. The payoff was the Smackdown First Blood Match. Jericho came out in hockey pads and splashed Shamrock from the top rope to make him bleed internally. That was pretty cool, but I was disappointed that Shamrock was gone. If TNA books Angle v Shamrock, I will watch it, even though I haven't watched it since the earliest days.

I think it could work as a dream match situation for the title.
especially if they build up the fight UFC style.

Mankind vs. Ken Shamrock for the Hardcore title is another really nice match of his, along with the 3 Way cage match with Rock and Mankind.

Ken Shamrock for Hall of Fame anybody? Hmm, you mean "Former Wrestler on good terms with the McMahons and under a legends contract?" Then no. I remember reading that Shamrock was the first NWA-TNA Champion. Which is strange, as I thought Double J would hire a Jesus Impersonator to personally hand him the belt. Hmm, "Champion by Divine Right." Book it.
