He Shell Shocked Mark Henry after the match ended. The match was horrible. It was probably the worst match I have seen in a long time at a ppv.

No, they're not. This was actually covered in a book I read and was mentioned in that documentary they put out a few years ago. I think they do pay some of them, but they are few and far between and mostly things like the person who does the Anthem/Beautiful. The celebrities "pay" is being involved with the show. The rub, so to speak, is the payment. This is especially true in respect to the musical acts (non-anthem). I work in that industry and have seen the contracts. They play the crap out of the artists music on WWE TV for 2 months and possibly get a live performance in front of 50-70000 people. The only thing the WWE pays for is travel, hotel, and obviously they cover all the production costs since its their show. Ok like say Pee Wee Herman.. He just tweeted a photo of his way to wrestlemania. Is he paid to attend or was given free tickets, or did he buy tickets as a fan?

Every year it seems musicians, sports stars, entertainers, film and television stars show up to Wrestlemania by the droves and WWE is there to take their picture and acknowledge the attendance of them all.
I always wonder if WWE pays them as plants to make appearance or are they given free tickets to the show in exchange for a camera check. I always question if certain celebrities are actually wrestling fans. Even the times they attend RAW, like when the whole Green Bay offensive line sits in the front row. Did they score free tickets or are they actually attending on their own accord.

Miz He'll never be anything more than a mid-card douche. Pushing him to world title level didn't work. The only good thing about it was that little girl's hilarious reaction to it. He also wasn't helped by immediately going into a feud with Lawler after winning the title. I have to agree with this.

I got to disagree JBL was the first wrestler I ever legit hated, and ended falling in love with him. I think he was perfect in the role he was giving and was a believable main event heel.

This angle started red hot and now I could care less about it. Is there anybody else who feels the same way?
Where did WWE go wrong?

Out of all the main event guys and top dogs in the WWE who probably had no reason to be near the top because they were horrible, couldn't wrestler, couldn't talk, or couldn't draw...
I want to go ahead and take The Great Khali out of the running because pour guy has been through enough.

God help us all if WWE seriously tries to push Fandango. Even without the idiocy of the "I won't wrestle till you pronounce my name right" storyline, at the end of the day it's a guy doing a dancing gimmick that can't dance. It reminds me of Foley's book where he mentioned his time in Memphis where he carried a bull whip but never cracked it because he didn't know how and fans caught on (ditto the Dynamic Dudes with the skateboards and Van Hammer with the guitar). Seriously, Fandango as a main event heel? The guy is doing a gimmick that would put him at home with Disco Inferno and Alex Wright in 1998 era WCW. 15 years ago the guy wouldn't even be TV title material. He has a match at WM w/ Jericho it sounds like somebody is behind him

I've read reports that Fandango is Vince's new pet project, but what is that Vince actually sees in the wrestler, gimmick, character, that he has givin him a WM spot with a almost certain win over Y2J a awesome theatric entrance and well TV time. We can all agree its more than just another dancing gimmick, and his leg drop looks impressive, what does Vince see?

This guy must be incredible for him to be getting this type of spot. I love his leg drop, but thats as far as it goes.. Never has a dancing gimmick gotten over to world title status..
Dancing Gimmicks that have gotten over.. Disco Inferno. 3 Count. 2 Cool with Rikishi, Brodus Clay.. But has any of these guys been serious contenders for anything?
