I don't think that's true at all. Where did you hear this? Last I heard, they were anticipating more NXT call ups in the fall. I'm pretty sure they will debut new guys from NXT just as they always did, no trades necessary. well and excuse me for injecting realism into the WWE lol, but if two 'teams/brands' are drafting players for their side it's supposedly kept on an even playing field for competition's sake. So if RAW gets to have NXT callups then Smackdown has to have their 2/3rd's as well. To keep things even, otherwise why have a draft and take turns schoolyard picking a roster if you're gonna get freebies from NXT at any time without a proper trade? For instance, to get Bayley on RAW, Smackdown gets Sasha Banks as an exclusive along with the Women's title. Thus Charlotte and Bayley won't be able to fight Sasha or be champ and it gives Bayley a mountain to immediately climb back up to Sasha again like she did on NXT. But I digress, if one brand gets a Superstar post-draft, they get an unfair advantage unless a trade or deal is made between Regal, and the main roster's Authorities. The purpose of the draft was to establish the split rosters. After the draft, nothing else matters until they decide to have another draft next year.

Matt Taven blew his knee out just before Bennett left ROH, and he's not expected to be cleared to wrestle till October or so, so I'm not sure what he's supposed to do, really. Eh, Taven was still kinda meh even then. When you look back at the Kingdom, of course Adam Cole was the obvious star. And even Mike Bennett had "let's rag on him for being Mike Bennett" going for him. But Taven is........ *shrugs* .

If they need straight jobbers, they should usw the PC kids. Anybody on NXT that isn't a "big name Indy/international signing" should pay their dues by doing some jobs. Anybody on NXT that they've decided has no hope of ever being a "big deal" or a "draw" on NXT should be kicked upstairs to the main roster to put guys over

Don't know about anyone else but this Golden Truth thing isn't good. Each week it keeps getting worse and worse. This. R-Truth is better as a heel, and Goldust is above being an a lower card comedy tag team. He should be the "gatekeeper veteran putting over younger talents".

Team Angle 2.0 of Mark Jindrak & Luther Reigns. I don't think they were ever meant to "work". Seemed like the priority was for Luther to be a "hoss of the month" to put over faces like Eddie and Taker.

Well technically that was supposed to be a call-up to the main roster. But Bo just wasn't clicking with the audience and didn't completely look ready in-ring so they figured they would be better off sending him back to NXT before anybody noticed. Hilarious to think that it culminated in an amazing heel NXT run, a main roster winning streak broken by R Truth and membership in the new Job Squad. Good work, WWE. That heel run was mostly predicated on the idea that Bo was getting an undeserved push compared to obviously superior talents like Sami Zayn and Neville. The main roster equivalent of that would've been throwing him into a program with someone like Cena, Punk, or Bryan and WWE weren't going to do that.

I think the key for Eva Marie moving forward is to become a skilled enough wrestler that she isn't a threat others in the ring or to the storyline the action wants to tell but also for her to have enough ability that she can project a lack of ability at wrestling. If that makes any sense. So she'd be female Ricardo?

The SAG is making him wear an emergency parachute. Luke's not happy about it. The show started with one of those "don't try this at home" warnings. Well no shit! Well duh, who has a home that's 25,000 feet high?

For the people saying that Dolph is something new I'm perplexed because I've been watching him from 12 years.Feuding with Ziggler does Ambrose no favors if Cena won the 6 pack challenge maybe Cena puts over Dean at Summerslam now that might do something while Dean & Dolph might have a good match I even wonder that cause Dolph to me is someone that should be better than the are other than his classic with Kofi at Capital Punishment I'm struggling to remember these great Dolph matches.I would have gladly had Corbin or Apollo win to avoid the stink of Dolph push take # 312 and those guys are actually new.It just made smackdown as a brand seem so nothing to me. Cena being occupied by Ambrose does AJ no favors because then he'd just drop into "everything after Cena is a step down" purgatory. I know people here hate Dolph, but the casual fans for the most part still buy Dolph as a "top guy". And WWE still generally regards him as one of their "big names" even if the booking suggests otherwise; Corbin and Apollo are new, but they're even "lesser" than Dolph in that sense. It does Ambrose no good to throw Corbin or Apollo at him, because they would make Dean's title match even more "nothing" than Ziggler would. And if would do Corbin or Apollo no good to immediately put them in a Summerslam Title match when they aren't ready.

How do we write out Cena? Four Words: Styles Clash off Stage. Cash all the checks.

he'll take your best offense and rather than shrug it off, he'll find a way to turn it against your or at least make it completely ineffective.. This needs to happen with one of Cena's shoulder blocks.

Unless they can finally give Randy Orton a feud that doesn't come off as pointless busy work to get him on the card, this isn't a WrestleMania worthy match.

Depends on how far back you're willing to go. If you go back far enough, every move used today would qualify. You don't even have to go back THAT far. Even in the 80s, dudes were losing matches with axe handles smashes and stuff. and I'm sure the first finisher was a standard body slam or a vertical suplex.
