WE ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR NEW MEMBERS TO JOIN THE WWCF.
JUST SEND A PRIVATE MESSAGE TO EITHER VIVA OR BOILER ROOM BRAWLER AND LET THEM KNOW YOU WANT TO JOIN.

You may be a wrestler or a manager/valet for other wrestlers.

You may have more than one character whether a separate wrestler, a tag partner, a manager/valet, or other.

Members must promo/role play every week, whether in the promo thread (see above for link) or as submissions to Boiler Room Brawler.

You will not be booked for subsequent shows if you fail to do both. If you do neither for a month then you will be taken off the Roster.

Niteraw is the weekly WWCF Show except for Pay Per View shows (see the schedule below)

Viva posts the cards after every Niteraw and then PMs the card to every roster member so they can vote for who they want to win in every match.

Match cards reflect the more significant matches for the week, but you are free to write squash matches with Non-Player Wrestlers (see roster below), bonus exhibition bouts with fellow WWCF Members (but work it out with them first), skits, promos, etc.

When voting, rate all contestants within a match on a scale from 1 (worst) to 10 (best) based on your opinion on the quality of their promos, gimmick, participation, role within an angle, etc.

Tag Teams count as a single contestant unless they are in an elimination tag match.

Viva counts the votes - the contestant with the most points in a match wins. Ties will result in a draw, double count out, double disqualification, no contest, etc - it's up to the match writer.

Match results only determine the winner of a match. They shall not reflect how the match is written.

ALL SUBMISSIONS ARE TO BE SENT TO BOILER ROOM BRAWLER.

USE PROPER GRAMMAR, SPELLING, AND SYNTAX IN EVERY MATCH AND PROMO YOU SEND TO BOILER ROOM BRAWLER.

BOOKEND ALL NONVERBAL ACTIONS WITH ASTERISKS, NO MATTER IF YOU WRITE A MATCH OR A PROMO.
Example: *Doctor Demento stands Connor Mackenzie up and Irish whips him to the corner.*

[glow=red,2,300]Matches[/glow] - Promos are the bread and butter of the WWCF, but the matches are the meat and potatoes, and the WWCF can always use more cooks.

When Viva sends out a match card, you may claim any match for yourself to write and turn in by the deadline.
You may write unofficially booked matches if you have express permission from other participants. You and other participants must agree to the finish on your own because it won't be on the card to be voted on.
You may write squash matches featuring WWCF Enhancement Talent. The finish is predetermined in your favor, unless you want a jobber to beat you - whatever floats your boat.
You do not need to be directly involved in a match that you claim, but be courteous if someone who is directly involved wants to write it themself.

[glow=red,2,300]Commentary[/glow] - Commentary is good for clarifying the finer details of a match or promo, as well as highlighting individual events for emphasis.

Gorilla Tim Hoss is a hybrid of Gorilla Monsoon and Jim Ross, and thus is the play-by-play man who often sides with faces.
His lines should be preceded by "TH: " and use the font color "ff9933."
- Example: TH: Bah gawd! This crowd's going bananas!

Jesse King is a hybrid of Jesse "The Body" Ventura and Jerry "The King" Lawler, and thus is the color commentator who often sides with heels.
Jesse King's lines should be preceded by "JK: " and use the font color "99ff66."
- Example: JK: I gotta tell you, TH; this "Punisher" Frank Castle is my kind of guy.

Michael Muffer is the WWCF's ring announcer. He uses the font color "ffff66" and the abbreviation "MM: ."
- Example: MM: Making his way to the ring from Hayward, California... Weighing 200lbs... Vincent! Van... Agony!

EVERY MATCH SHOULD HAVE THIS MINIMUM COMMENTARY:
1. Before every match, Gorilla Tim Hoss and Jesse King briefly introduce the match and any background detail it may have. Different matches will have different levels of this than others.
2. Every match proper starts with Michael Muffer introducing each contestant as they enter the ring. He mentions their hometown and weight.
3. At the end of every match proper, Michael Muffer announces the winner and the manner of the victory.
4. After every match, Gorilla Tim Hoss and Jesse King make conclusive remarks about the match before moving onto the next one.

PROOFREAD ALL MATCHES AND PROMOS BEFORE YOU SEND THEM TO BOILER ROOM BRAWLER:
- Is the text grammatically correct?
- Does the text have any spelling errors?
- Does your text conform to the writing standards?
- Are the events of the match or promo clearly depicted?
- Can you trim down any text? Any purple prose?
- Does your match have psychology? Is it a spotfest? Is your match believable?
- Are the actions of all contestants in character?
- Does your promo have a point? Does it build up to any matches?

"Gorilla" Tim Hoss: Welcome to the Parts Unknown Arena in Parts Unknown, Minnesota! I'm "Gorilla" Tim Hoss and with me as always is Jesse King!

Jesse King: That's right, Hoss. The new year is off to an interesting start already with the King of Wrestlecrap tournament and the first round continues tonight.

"Gorilla" Tim Hoss: That's right, King. Up first the Hardcore Champion Ryan Blood takes on "the X-Treme Machine" Gus Richlen to advance to the second round.

Jesse King: The match I'm much more interested in is Amigo versus the General of the Monkey Army. They've taken pot shots at each other over the new TV Title for a month, but now tonight they square off for the final match of the first round of the King of Wrestlecrap.

"Gorilla" Tim Hoss: And if that doesn't impress the WWCF Galaxy enough, "The Brainbuster" Jason Allen defends his Television Championship against fresh opponents in Ryan Bergman and Doctor Demento.

Jesse King: I can see that the Majority Shareholder really wants one of his cronies to get their hands on the TV Title. I don't know what to think about that match, frankly...

"Gorilla" Tim Hoss: And speaking of the Majority Shareholder, tonight, he will appoint a brand new WWCF General Manager to assist Commissioner Vincent Van Agony in his duties.

Jesse King: Well the lights are going out now, so I think that time has come...

Last week, I promised to kick off this exciting new year by hiring a General Manager to help Commissioner Vincent Van Agony handle his duties.

I have chosen a man with experience in the managing business.

A man who has extensive experience in and out of the WWCF Ring.

The Sam: Just when you thought it was safe in Parts Unknown...

For those of you who don't know me, my name is The Sam, and I am the greatest Manager in WWCF history, the greatest Interforum champion in WWCF history, the greatest Financial Consultant in WWCF history and I am the 2nd greatest comissioner in WWCF history, only behind my good friend Viva. By the way Viva, thankyou for sending my Mother those flowers....

*The Sam and his stable enter the ring.*

Tim Hoss: I didn't expect this. The Sam is moving up.

Jesse King: I gotta give the Majority Shareholder credit here.

The Sam: You heard right folks, I am the new General Manager of WWCF because I am the only man worthy of the job. My past has proven I am a natural born leader, a hero to many, and one of the most controversial men in this company's history...

Tim Hoss: Only to be surpassed by his boss I think.

The Sam: Speaking of which, things will be different.

I have changed alot since my days in The Corporation. I am no longer a yes man to "he who will not be named." I am not doing this for the suits. I am doing this for you fans.

Tim Hoss: I'll believe it when I see it.

Jesse King: Oh, give him a chance, TH.

The Sam: If you want to see The Great Warrior become WWCF champion, I will make it happen.

If you want to see me become the greatest two-time Interforums champion in WWCF history, I will make it happen.

If you want to see me laying on top a big pile of money with many beautiful women, I will do it...

Tim Hoss: Why is Whitey Fats coming out now?

*"Handsome" Whitey Fats and Cynnamon stalk out, not doing their entrance tonight. Whitey gets in the ring with General Manager The Sam and has a mic thrown to him*

Whitey Fats: The Wrestling Messiah is still not in the tournament. I am the smartest wrestler in this whole damn company, and I am not in this tournament.

Well, I tell ya what: The last match, the tournament finals, I'm gonna be there-

The Sam: Whoa whoa whoa whoa there, Mister Fats. I can see that you want a piece of the WWCF King of Wrestlecrap action.

You see, I am your new WWCF General Manager, and I am here to serve.

I tell you what, I am going to do you and do the Majority Shareholder a favor right now tonight.

You want a match in the King of Wrestlecrap tournament. Well, the Majority Shareholder is willing to give you a match next week, because he has a persisten thorn in his side that he'd like to remove...

Whitey Fats: All right, let's hear it.

The Sam: For the past several months, the Majority Shareholder has tried to keep his identity anonymous in the interests of fairness, neutrality, and privacy.

But he has a problem, and that problem is the WWCF Interforums Champion, "The Head Detective" Aaron Enigma...

Tim Hoss: Aaron Enigma seems to getting closer to figuring out the Majority Shareholder's identity; this should be interesting...

The Sam: The Majority Shareholder would like to extend an olive branch to the Interforums Champion by giving him a shot at the King of Wrestlecrap tournament as well, if you would cease investigating his identity.

Next week, Whitey Fats, the undefeated WWCF World champion, will face the WWCF Interforums Champion Aaron Enigma in a bonus first round match.

Whitey Fats: You drive a hard bargain, The Sam, but you got yourself a deal. I was just gonna come out after the final match, beat who ever the winner is, and show everyone I'm the best of all time.

But I can see you got a good head on your shoulders. It's a deal.

C'mon, baby.

*Whitey and Cynnamon stalk back out of the ring*

The Sam: That's right ladies and gentlemen, my name is The Sam, and I am your General Manager.

Jesse King: Looks like The Sam gets results.

Tim Hoss: More like Whitey getting results.

Jesse King: So the King of Wrestlecrap tournament just gained an extra pair of contestants. Aaron Enigma better count this blessing if he knows what's good for him.

Tim Hoss: I'm not so sure this will stop the Interforums Champion. Nothing stopped him from outing the Corporate Traitor all those years ago, and I don't think this little bribery will stop him either.

Jesse King: But I think the biggest question is how Commissioner Vincent Van Agony will react to this.

Tim Hoss: We'll find out in the months to come, but Niteraw continues. Let's cut to backstage as WWCF Hardcore Champion Ryan Blood prepares for his King of Wrestlecrap Match against "The X-Treme Machine" Gus Richlen...

*Backstage, Ryan Blood walks into a currently deserted locker room and heads for one particular locker. He opens the door and discovers somebody inside!*

BLOOD: Ah!

WIND-UP MONKEY: Ah!

BLOOD: Wind-up monkey! Who put you in there???

WIND-UP MONKEY: [giving his cymbals a forlorn and halfhearted clang] I put me in there. I'm hiding from WWCF creative. They got the General and turned him back into Teddy Roosevelt...

BLOOD: [indignant] Those BASTARDS!

WIND-UP MONKEY: ...and if I had been one step slower they would've gotten me too! You know they want me dead, right? So that the General has a reason to feud with Punisher for killing me, even though that makes no sense since the General seemed to forget all about it and now he couldn't care less about Punisher.

BLOOD: Yeah, that sounds like typical WWCF creative-style "logic" all right.

*Blood uses his fingers to make the air quotes*

BLOOD: But why pick my locker to hole up in?

WIND-UP MONKEY: It's wizard locked, so unless creative can cast an "open" spell they wouldn't be able to get to me in there. Did you do that?

BLOOD: [modestly] Uh, well, yeah, I did retain a trick or two from my otherwise tedious education in the black arts, and it's come in handy to keep people from shitting in my bag.

WIND-UP MONKEY: Practical, not to mention hygienic. Well, just please forget you ever saw me, all right? Being dead sucks.

BLOOD: Hang on Wind-up Monkey, let's not be hasty here. I'm getting an idea to solve your problem. Maybe creative has nothing for you as far as the General's concerned with this "dead president" gimmick, but I think I can talk them into leaving you alone if you start managing me. They've been talking about how I need to make a change of some kind, and this could be just the ticket. Not to mention that I owe you for being the special ringside enforcer during my Chamber Of Horrors match against Jonathan Michaels.

WIND-UP MONKEY: Huh. Yeah, maybe...

BLOOD: Well, I gotta go and wrestle Richlen. You stay here and think it over.

WIND-UP MONKEY: Wait, you're facing Richlen AGAIN?!

BLOOD: [shrugging] Creative thinks we make a cute couple.

WIND-UP MONKEY: I guess they kind of have a point there....

King of Wrestlecrap Round 1 Match
Ryan Blood versus Gus Richlen

The following contest is a first-round match in the King Of Wrestlecrap Tournament!

*"Virus" hits as the lights go out and blue flame shoots up from the stage as Ryan Blood heads to the ring.*

Michael Muffer: Introducing first, from Baltimore, Maryland, weighing in at 208 pounds, the WWCF Hardcore Champion, Ryan Blood!

TH: For what seems like the hundredth time, although I'm certain that it's not that much, Gus Richlen and Ryan Blood will once again face off, this time with a spot in the next round of the KOWC tournament at stake.

JK: And this time I have no desire to cheer for either! Richlen DEFINITELY doesn't deserve a spot in the tournament, and Blood shouldn't be taking up a space that a member of ViVA, Inc. would be more deserving of!

*The lights suddenly dim dramatically as the scratchy piano intro to "Young" by Hollywood Undead plays, and as the guitar solo kicks in, so does a pyro waterfall. When the vocals hit, a massive set of fireball explosions go off on stage before Gus Richlen and Shaelin Marie O'Hara walk out. Richlen has gone back to the long trench coat from his debut and has added that iconic mask from "V For Vendetta," while Shaelin is now wearing a powder blue half mask. When the chorus goes around a second time, Richlen gives the "W" signal as more pyro goes off.*

Michael Muffer: And his opponent, accompanied by Shaelin Marie O'Hara, from Peshtigo, Wisconsin, weighing in at 181 pounds, the "Xtreme Machine," Gus Richlen!

TH: Richlen knows that not only does he have to face Blood now, he also has to take on Viva's "mystery opponent" if he wants to get his hands on Viva for the Championship Of Honor. For Richlen, it's all about hopefully conserving as much energy as he can for that second match.

JK: Oh, come on, Hoss! We already know that Richlen is doomed twice tonight! I wish you'd finally admit that you're always backing the wrong person to win!

*John Creed wastes no time calling for the bell.

Blood tries swinging away at Richlen, knowing all too well what happens with anyone who tries a standard lockup, but Richlen backs away all the way to one corner, and when Blood swings again, Richlen ducks, and Blood ends up in the corner. Richlen starts unloading with a massive amount of forearm shots, seemingly stunning Blood, but when Richlen backs up and goes for the Dark Lasso, Blood catches him and tosses him out overhead, causing Richlen to land badly on the steps! His head catches the edge of the steps, and as he rolls down them, the back of his head nails another edge, and he's bleeding badly front and back as a result!

Creed goes out of the ring to check on him, with a stunned Blood staying in the ring and a horrified Shaelin rushing over to Richlen. Richlen waves them both off and gets back in the ring and goes right after Blood, who tries to hold him off, but Richlen has him on the ropes and is kneeing him in the midsection until Creed forces a rope break. Richlen backs off, but Blood walks right into a snap suplex!

Blood kicks out, but Richlen, knowing that the longer the match goes, the harder his match against Viva will be to win, goes right for the Swerving Elbow and hits it!

Blood kicks out again and gets up, but Richlen picks him up and quickly hits a running powerslam!

Blood kicks out again, so Richlen, still trying to end it quickly, runs up the turnbuckle and kickflips, but Blood rolls away and Richlen hits a Montanasault on nothing! Blood quicky picks Richlen up and sets him up for a swinging neckbreaker, but then he sees the blood on his arm from the back of Richlen's head and does a snapmare instead. Richlen is then nailed with a roundhouse!*

TH: I hate to admit it, but in as bad of shape as Richlen appears to be in, I truly hope this is over!

Richlen gets the shoulder up!

Blood then picks Richlen up, whips him to the ropes, and nails a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker!

Richlen kicks out, but as he gets up, Blood rebounds off the ropes and hits a bulldog!

Richlen gets the shoulder up, so Blood tries to pick Richlen up again, but he gets caught in a rollup!

Blood gets out of it and dropkicks a rising Richlen!

Richlen kicks out again!*

JK: Oh, come on, Richlen! Do what you do best and just lose already!

*Blood picks Richlen up for a uranage, but Richlen suddenly counters it into a DDT! Blood gets to his feet as soon as he can but Richlen quickly hits the Carnosel!

Richlen is about to toss his A-shirt to the crowd, but he stops for a moment and uses the shirt to try to stop the bleeding. He succeeds in getting the back of his head to stop but is unsuccessful with the front. He just simply drops the shirt and turns and walks right into a superkick!

RICHLEN KICKS OUT!!!!

Blood is in shock and is insisting that it was three when Richlen suddenly reaches up and grabs him by the throat! Blood is in even more shock as Richlen gets to his feet, but Blood kicks him in the gut before he can go for the chokeslam. Blood then rebounds off the ropes with another bulldog in mind, but Richlen runs the other way and ducks it before rebounding off the ropes and leveling Blood with a brutal spear!

Blood kicks out, but Richlen waits for him to get up before scooping him up and running before hitting the powerslam!

Blood gets the shoulder up, so Richlen pulls him up into a reverse STO!

Blood kicks out again, so Richlen picks him up, only to get Irish whipped to the ropes, where he puts on the brakes and turns right into another superkick, sending him over the top rope!

Blood watches to see if Richlen will get to his feet as Creed starts to count Richlen out. As Richlen gets to his feet, Blood runs the ropes and dives through, but Richlen catches him and hits a Samoan drop in one motion!!!!

Creed is counting on both men now as Richlen and Blood appear to be out. Shaelin is standing off to the side as the count continues, but Richlen is barely stirring as the count gets to six. Blood is half out, Creed gets to seven, Richlen is on all fours, Creed gets to eight, Blood is pulling himself up as Richlen starts to get to his feet, Creed gets to nine, Richlen stumbles toward the ring and rolls un-*

TEN!!!!

JK: Wait, what? Are they BOTH counted out?!

TH: I don't know....

Michael Muffer: Ladies and gentlemen, as a result of a double countout, the referee has decided that, subject to the Majority Shareholder's discretion, both Gus Richlen and Ryan Blood will advance in the King Of Wrestlecrap Tournament!

TH: Well, at least-

*And no sooner does Richlen get to his feet than "No World For Tomorrow" hits.*

TH: Oh, great.

Commissioner Vincent Van Agony: Foolish, Gussy. You were foolish to have ever put it past me. You thought I'd really set up a mystery opponent? Why? Why would I let someone else step in and do my dirty work? You're a piss ant, a crumb amongst a feast. The other day me and the boys in Viva Inc. were talking about our top ten most notables to watch out for in twenty twelve. It was pretty hilarious. We're going down the list, and down the list...

And not one time did anyone mention your name. You're just... you're forgettable. So I'm going to do whatever it takes to insure that you're forgotten. Once I beat you, right here, right now, not only can you kiss your chances at my belt goodbye, but you can kiss your career goodbye as well.

Gussy, I'm not just going to stop at pain tonight. You're going to feel pure, unadulterated agony. And you've steadily asked for it. Welcome to your downfall.

TH: DAMN IT! Viva knows damn well that Richlen is in no shape to compete in that second match, let alone right now!

JK: It's genius, Hoss! Now Viva can make quick work of Richlen and never have to worry about having to have an unneccessary defense against that walking definition of a fluke!

*Creed has no choice but to call for the bell as Richlen throws caution to the wind and goes full bore at Viva but gets kicked and punched at with relentless ferocity. A double leg takedown leaves Richlen vulnerable to further punching from Viva until Creed forces the break, shoving the Commisioner back a distance. Viva goes after Richlen again, only to be tripped up as Richlen starts wildly swinging away at him!

Now Creed has to force Richlen back, but Viva pops right up and lariats a returning Richlen! He quickly puts Richlen in a inverted Indian deathlock, but Richlen is too close to the ropes and is able to grab them before Viva can do much damage. Creed forces another break as Richlen pulls himself up using the ropes, but Viva goes right back after Richlen as soon as he's up, feinging an Irish whip before pulling it back into a neckbreaker!

Richlen gets the shoulder up, but Viva drags him up for a Devil Lock DDT!

Richlen kicks out, so Viva pulls him up and Richlen suddenly tries to spin him for an attempt to lock in the Nightmare Express! Viva manages to stop him by elbowing him in the face before turning and hitting a Codebreaker!

RICHLEN KICKS OUT!!!!*

TH: Incredible! Somehow, Richlen is fighting to survive in this match!

JK: He won't survive for long, though! It's only a matter of time before Viva soundly destroys him once again!

*Viva waits for Richlen to get up, then goes for a spear, but Richlen charges for the Schwinn Smash! Viva narrowly manages to put on the brakes and grab the foot before trying to put Richlen in a heel hook, but Richlen tries for a Richlenziguiri, only for Viva to release and Richlen to land on his face before Viva picks him up and tosses him in a leg trap suplex!

Richlen kicks out AGAIN!!!!

Viva starts stalking a wounded Richlen, who has not stopped bleeding from the forehead since the start of his match with Ryan Blood. As soon as Richlen gets to his feet, Viva goes for the Long Kiss Good- NO!!!! Richlen shoves him off, and as Viva charges again, Richlen catches him in a SMALL PACKAGE!!!!

Michael Muffer: Here is your winner, the "Xtreme Machine," Gus Richlen!

TH: I DON'T BELIEVE IT!!!! AFTER ALL HE WENT THROUGH, GUS RICHLEN MOVES CLOSER TO THE TWO GOALS HE'S BEEN AIMING FOR!!!! AND NOW THERE'S NOWHERE FOR VIVA TO RUN!!!!

*Viva is in an enraged shock as Richlen rolls out of the ring and an overjoyed Shaelin rushes over to him.*

Whoa whoa whoa there, Commissioner Viva!

*Fanfare & March - The Bobs*

*The Sam walks out to the ring...*

TH: Uh oh, here comes our New General Manager again...

JK: You don't sound very excited.

*The Sam enters the ring.*

The Sam: Commissioner Viva, I just got off the phone with the Majority Shareholder...

Commissioner Viva: And it begins...

The Sam: Hold on a minute, Viva. I have come out here to clear some things up. Blood, get in here.

TH: He didn't even have time to leave.

*Ryan Blood slides into the ring.*

The Sam: As per your draw, the two of you will advance to the second round of the King of Wrestlecrap tournament in two weeks Consider it a rematch.

JK: Another match?

The Sam: But onto more pressing matters... Viva, Gus Richlen beat you fair and square in this very ring, so he gets his Championship of Honor title shot at Lord of the Ring this February.

However, if you recall, a certain colleague of mine already won a shot at your title over a month ago: none other than my colleague Doctor Demento...

He's a little tied up right now though, don't expect him to come out.

So I have decided that you will defend your Championship of Honor against Doctor Demento at Lord of the Ring this February.

But wait, there's more!

Ryan Blood, you fought Doctor Demento to a no contest at Christmassacre, so in the interest of fairness, he will get a rematch for the Hardcore Championship at Lord of the Ring this February.

Back off there, Commissioner Viva, I'm not finished...

TH: I have a bad feeling about this.

JK: He's trying to screw over Commissioner Viva, I just know it!

The Sam: So here's what it will be:

At Lord of the Ring, this February, it's going to be a Fatal Four-Way Match for the Hardcore Title and the Championship of Honor - winner takes all!

How's that sound?

*The Sam smiles at Blood, Richlen, and Viva. Blood and Richlen nod to each other, but Viva lunges for The Sam, who slips out fo the ring.*

TH: Amazing! A Fatal Four Way Match for the Championship of Honor and Hardcore Titles, King!

JK: He is! He's out to screw over Viva!

TH: I think The Sam is just the Majority Shareholder's latest ploy to claim power over the WWCF, but I think that match has real potential. We haven't seen a man hold two belts since Boiler Room Brawler defeated DR Jackson at Saved by the Bell two years ago.

JK: And Viva has to win it. He must to make a stand against the Majority Shareholder!

TH: The war continues between them, and I don't think we'll see an end to it as long as the Majority Shareholder remains anonymous. It's been one hell of a Niteraw already, and we still have so much more action coming up when Amigo finally squares off with the General of the Monkey Army to advance in the King of Wrestlecrap Tournament. But first, a word from our sponsors...

*A man in a ghostbuster uniform with the name Agon on the nametag is talking to a random staff member backstage*

Agon: Excuse me, I'm looking for "Jeremy Dupoe." You haven't seen him have you?

Staff Member: You mean Disturbance? Last I saw him/them heading for the locker rooms babbling to himself. Um... 5th door on the right.

Agon: Thank you. Let's move guys.

*Agon followed by 2 others Ghostbusters turn the corner as the camera pans up to reveal Disturbance perched on a wall*

Disturbance: Let the games begin.

TH: Welcome back WWCF Galaxy. The time has come for the next match in the King of Wrestlecrap tournament.

JK: I've been waiting for this since last week. The General has had this beat down coming for some time. He robbed Amigo of the TV Title twice now, and now it's Amigo's turn.

King of Wrestlecrap Round 1 Match
Amigo versus the General of the Monkey Army

TH: It all really seems to go back to when Amigo battled the General of the Monkey Army-

JK: Doesn't he believe that he's Teddy Roosevelt now?

TH: ...Yes...

JK: So let's call him Teddy Roosevelt. Avoid confusion.

TH: Fine. So back when Amigo failed to capture the Hardcore Title, he went after the TV Title, and nearly won the inaugural battle royal if it weren't for the Gen- er... Teddy Roosevelt.

JK: There you go.

TH: So a war of assaults and exchanges have prevented both men from capturing the TV Title from "The Brainbuster" Jason Allen, and tonight, they square off against each other to advance in the King of Wrestlecrap tournament. Michael Muffer, take it-

JK: Hey, why's it going dark again?

Greetings WWCF Galaxy.

This is your Majority Shareholder.

I know that you were all looking forward to seeing Amigo face off against the General of the Monkey Army, but in the interest of his health, Amigo has been suspended since sustaining a head injury from "The Brainbuster" Jason Allen's deadly Sharpshooter.

In two weeks, The General of the Monkey Army will face WWCF Hardcore Champion Ryan Blood and Gus Richlen next week in a Triple Threat King of Wrestlecrap Second Round Match.

This has been your Majority Shareholder...
[/glow]

JK: There's no way! He can't possibly be so transparent!

TH: No match? Teddy Roosevelt just advances to the next round?

JK: He's making it easy for his cronies! He gave Doctor Demento the chance to secure two belts and he advanced Teddy Roosevelt to the second round of the King of Wrestlecrap tournament! Dammit, Enigma! Figure this man out! The WWCF Galaxy must know who the Majority Shareholder is so that he can be brought to task!

TH: Now wait, King. To be fair, the General now has to face Gus Richlen and the Hardcore Champion Ryan Blood in a Triple Threat Match in two weeks. I wouldn't call that easy.

JK: So what's Michael Muffer standing in the ring for now?

Michael Muffer: The following contest is scheduled for one fall with a fifteen minute time limit. Already in the ring, hailing from Parts Unknown, Iowa and weighing 240 pounds: Jack “The Snack” Rogers!

TH: Looks like we have a minor exhibition bout in place of the King of Wrestlecrap match.

JK: So who's Jack gonna fight tonight?

*Rogers raises his giant Slim Jim over his head as the crowd boos.*

Tim Hoss: Certainly no lightweight, Jack Rogers is a journeyman noted for his brutal brawling style.

Jesse King: And he’s even more noted for going back for thirds at the Kraft service table.

Muffer: And his opponent, making his return to the WWCF, from Dulac, Louisiana, weighing 252 pounds: Caleb Fourchon!!

* “Circus Envy” by REM plays as Fourchon stalks out onto the stage.*

Hoss: Wow, I had no idea Caleb Fourchon had been rehired!

King: Neither did I, Gorilla.

*The crowd cheers for a moment, but the boo birds eventually come out as Fourchon walks down the ramp, eyes fixed on Rogers. He slides into the ring under the bottom rope then rolls to his feet. He makes a circuit around the ring glaring at the crowd before going to his corner to squat on his haunches.*

Hoss: Last we saw The Cajun Crippler was at Gookermania IV, where he lost the Inter Forum Championship to Gus Richlen in a tough, competitive match. Not soon afterwards he was suspended for violating the WWCF’s substance abuse policy.

King: I honestly thought he was done with the company, since his contract expired during the suspension.

Hoss: The WWCF must have just resigned him, King, since I had no idea we’d be seeing him tonight.

*Referee John Creed calls both men to the middle of the ring and gives instructions. He motions for the bell and the two exchange punches. Fourchon begins to dominate, kneeing Rogers in the gut and hammering his back with forearm clubs. He hooks the jobber’s leg and hits a fisherman DDT. Cover. One! Two! Kickout.

King: I heard Fourchon was caught mainlining honey badger placenta.

Hoss: What?!

*Fourchon pulls Rogers up. The Snack tries to punch his way free, but Caleb stops him cold with a throat thrust uppercut. He throws Rogers to the mat with a spinning bodyslam and then drops a knee on his chest. Cover. One! Two! Rogers gets an arm up.*

King: Yup. You grind it up and inject it in the bloodstream. The hormones are supposed make you a crazy nasty ass. Its the ultimate PED.

Hoss: King, that’s ridiculous. Nobody is using honey badger placenta as a Performance Enhancing Drug.

*Fourchon pulls Rogers up and hits a spinning neckbreaker. He mounts Rogers and applies the Cocodrie Clutch. Rogers quickly taps.*

King: I’m only reporting what I heard, Gorilla.

Hoss: When you should be commenting on the match, which Fourchon just won in dominating fashion.

*Fourchon’s music begins to play and Creed moves to raise his hand. Caleb shoulders his way past him and heads to Rogers’s corner. He picks up the giant Slim Jim.*

King: Looks like Caleb is interested in enjoying some post victory victuals at The Snack’s expense.

Hoss: I don’t think so, King- Great Scott!!

*Brandishing the giant processed meat log, Caleb rushes his downed opponent and begins swinging wildly, smacking him again and again.*

King: Fourchon is teeing off on Jack “The Snack”! Jerky’s flying everywhere!

Hoss: But why?!

King: You know, injected honey badger placenta could cause violent mood swings in a subject...

Hoss: Enough with the badger blather!

*The fans boo loudly as Caleb assaults Rogers with the giant salami. Finally WWCF Security rushes in and forces Caleb to back off. Fourchon throws what’s left of the Slim Jim into the crowd, flips backward out of the ring and stalks up the ramp.*

Hoss: The assault with dehydrated meat aside, this was an impressive return for the Cajun Crippler. It should be interesting to see where he goes from here. Up next we have the Television Title Match as "The Brainbuster" Jason Allen defends his belt against two fresh opponents: Ryan "Jazzman" Bergman and Doctor Demento. Be there, or be square...

Michael Muffer: The following triple threat contest is scheduled for one fall and it is for the WWCF Television Title!

*"Let's All Get Demented"*

Michael Muffer: Introducing first! Hailing from The LOOOOOOW End of the Dial and weighing in at 165 lbs, DOCTOR DEMENTO!

*Demento is wheeled down to the ring by two orderlies on a handtruck. Once at ringside they remove his black and gold straitjacket. Demento takes off his bitemask and tosses it into the crowd*

King: Ugh, why would anybody want that thing?

"Yemayá"

Michael Muffer: And now, hailing from South Of The Border, he weighs in at 87 kilos and is making his WWCF debut, EL HOMBRE DE JAZZ!

Hoss: Wait a second, "El Hombre De Jazz"? But that means--

*A man in a lucha mask walks out, a man who seems very familiar somehow. In addition to his mask, he's adorned in a glittery cape and tights with music notes all over them. He samba walks to the ring, high fiving fans along the way. He climbs into the ring with Demento, climbs the turnbuckles, whips off his cape and the points to the fans and claps for them*

Hoss: When Ryan Bergman got this title shot, he said that somebody new would be representing him in this match. And this is, er, definitely new...

King: [sarcastically] Yeah, none of us have ever seen this guy in our lives.

Michael Muffer: And finally, the champion!

*"Indestructible"*

Michael Muffer: Hailing from Minneapolis, Minnesota and weighing in at 245 lbs, he is your WWCF Television Champion, "Brainbuster" Jason Allen!

*Brainbuster walks onstage as the guitars kick in. He looks down at the ring, smirks for a second, and then walks down with the the TV Title belt around his waist. He slides under the bottom rope and hops to his feet, letting referee John Creed check him for illegal objects before he removes the belt and goes to his corner. Creed holds up the championship belt and then calls for the bell*

"Brainbuster" Jason Allen vs. Dr. Demento vs. El Hombre De Jazz
WWCF Television Title

*El Hombre starts off with a forearm shot to Brainbuster, but then Demento hits a forearm shot on El Hombre, and then Brainbuster regains his senses to stagger Demento with a forearm! A second later all three men hit one another with forearms at the same time and all three stagger backwards into different corners!*

Hoss: And now we'll see which of these three men can shake away the cobwebs first.

*El Hombre is the first to go on the offensive again by charging Brainbuster in the corner and monkey flipping him out--Brainbuster lands on his feet and runs across the ring to crack Demento in the jaw with an elbow strike in the corner, followed immediately by a snap suplex! Brainbuster immediately turns around and tries for another elbow strike on El Hombre, but El Hombre ducks and brings the champ down with a spinning heel kick!

King: Well, looks like the doctor is out, and now El Hombre De Jazz and Jason Allen have a chance to go one on one for a while!

Hoss: And right now the advantage is with the--ahem--"newcomer".

*With Brainbuster down, El Hombre looks over at Demento picking himself up in the corner and rushes him, but this time Demento is ready and gets a foot up to send El Hombre crashing down after eating a boot to the face!*

Hoss: OR maybe he'll go after Demento, I guess.

King: Hey, he seemed like the most vulnerable target! It's what I would've done.

*El Hombre falls victim to a butterfly suplex from Demento, and then Demento locks on the Station Break!*

Hoss: Demento going for a submission here with that cross armbreaker, which he calls the Station Break!

King: And he might get it! Look at the agony on Hombre's face--well, what we can see of his face at least!

*While he doesn't tap, El Hombre can't seem to counter the hold or get to the ropes. Fortunately for him, Brainbuster crosses the ring and stomps on Demento's face to make the save!*

Hoss: And with that boot to face the champion is now back in control.

*Brainbuster yanks Demento to his feet and hits him with an elbow strike to the face, immediately followed by a discus punch!*

King: You're not kidding, Gorilla! Those are the kind of shots that can take away somebody's dashing good looks! Fortunately for Demento, he doesn't have anything to lose.

*Belly to belly suplex from Brainbuster to a dazed Dr. Demento! Just as Brainbuster goes for the cover, he's taken off his feet by El Hombre, who rolls him up for a pin attempt*

One!

Two!

Kickout!

Hoss: El Hombre De Jazz catching Brainbuster by surprise, but the champ able to escape that pinning predicament before the three count!

*Brainbuster and El Hombre both to their feet, collar and elbow tie-up, Brainbuster with an armwringer takedown! But El Hombre is able to shift onto his back and kick Brainbuster in the jaw, forcing him to release the hold! El Hombre whips Brainbuster into the ropes and catches him with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker on the way back! He backs up several steps and goes for a running senton splash, but the Television Champion rolls out of the way at the last second!*

Hoss: The two sane participants in this match trading offense and neither sustaining it for long!

King: And here comes the insane one!

*Meanwhile, Demento's back in the match and lets El Hombre know it by hitting him with a shining wizard as he starts to get back up! Demento then turns his attention to Brainbuster and slams both feet into his head with the Mahna Mahna!*

Hoss: Demento using those educated feet, both of which majored in "How To Hit People Really Hard In The Head"!

*El Hombre is Demento's next target as he falls victim to Radio Static, getting hit with headbutt after headbutt!*

Hoss: El Hombre De Jazz is in serious trouble!

King: Lucky for him that Demento just stopped and is looking at his other opponent now.

*With a demented gleam in his eye, Demento goes back to Brainbuster and goes to hit him with a legsweep DDT--Brainbuster blocks it, slips out of Demento's grasp, kicks him in the stomach, and HITS THE NAMESAKE!*

Hoss: NAMESAKE! THIS COULD DO IT!

One!

Two!

EL HOMBRE DE JAZZ BREAKS UP THE PIN!

Hoss: Bah gawd, I thought that after those headbutts El Hombre De Jazz didn't even know what century it was, but somehow he's back in this!

King: And Brainbuster is NOT happy about it!

*Brainbuster is on his feet glaring at El Hombre and then unloads on him with rapidfire jabs culminating in a right hook--El Hombre ducks and starts hitting Brainbuster with a quick series of overhand chops, driving him back! El Hombre sinks to one knee, exhausted, as Brainbuster leans on the ropes*

Hoss: Strikes exchanged and both men worn down some more.

*El Hombre climbs through the ropes to the apron and leaps to the top rope, springboard dropkick--Brainbuster dodges at the last second! El Hombre gets back up but is promptly put right back down by a big Double-A spinebuster! Cover*

One!

Two!

Kickout!

Hoss: A ring-shaking spinebuster! I thought for sure that El Hombre De Jazz would be out after that!

*Brainbuster starts to lock on the Sharpshooter, but El Hombre shoves him away with both legs, sending him stumbling backward--right into Demento, who spins him around and HITS THE DOCTOR'S ORDERS!*

Hoss: The champ is down!

King: Demento could get his first taste of gold since he was a pirate if he just goes for a pin now!

One!

Two!

EL HOMBRE PULLS DEMENTO AWAY AND THROWS HIM OVER THE TOP ROPE!

Hoss: Another pin attempt broken up now!

King: That's a triple threat for ya! I'm surprised we haven't seen more of it.

*Just as Brainbuster is beginning to stir, El Hombre nails him with the Toma Cinco!*

One!

Two!

DEMENTO RUSHES BACK INTO THE RING AND BREAKS UP THE PIN!

Hoss: And Demento returns the favour!

*El Hombre and Demento spring to their feet and charge at one another. Simultaneous clotheslines floor both men and they both fall onto the Television Champion!*

One!

Two!

Three!

Ladies and gentlemen, uh, here are your winnerS, plural...Dr. Demento and El Hombre De Jazz.

Hoss: This was unexpected, folks! After taking two finishers in a row Brainbuster was out cold, and ended up being pinned by both of his opponents!

King: So how are they gonna figure out which one gets the title?

Hoss: I guess we'll have to find out next week, Jess! For now, it's time to say goodnight, and we hope you all enjoyed the show! I'm "Gorilla" Tim Hoss...

King: Jesse King.

Thanks. I think they add a nice touch that helps Niteraw feel that little bit more like a TV show.

I invite everyone to send me commercial videos for putting into Niteraw. They can be funny, cool, nostalgic, current, whatever so long as they meet the forum rules. I wasn't to gradually compile an archive that makes for easy cut and paste jobs.

A couple of things:

1) The promo thread has it going on right now.

2) It could just be me but I feel like we're stepping up our game lately since Viva and I started booking fewer matches per show. I like that members seem to be becoming more independent in their efforts to be on the show with all the various promos, skits, and squash matches.

Keep it up. We're off to a good year, so let's keep it that way?
