To me this movie has not aged well at all Burton is just way out there. Funny thing is I used to liked it as a kid. One good thing it made for a good game on the SNES.

IMO, it barely qualifies as a Batman movie. It's a Tim Burton movie that just happens to have a few Batman related characters in it.

It's a stupid, goofy movie that's plot barely makes any sense, but damn do I love it.

The SNES game was great, yes.
The movie itself has always been difficult to judge. It has some psychological elements going on with each of the three villains representing dark mirrors of different aspects of Bruce's personality, and their conflicts with each other symbolize his inner turmoil, but this all happens within the context of the most nonsensical, slapped together excuse for a plot I've ever seen. I like it better than the first movie, but not by much.

I still love this movie not as much as the 89 film , but still throughly enjoyable to me.
I like the way another poster put it this is a VERY stylish movie , where as the 89 film was stylish in its own right it did not over do it IMO.
This one is blown up in scale but I guess thats what I love about it , there are so many visual moments in this movie that have always stuck with me that I love to call back to me.
The movie just gives alot of very cool moments like that in which I just love to watch...and Keaton is just as awesome as he was in the 89 film...but catwoman steals the show from him lol.

I like it better than the first Tim Burton movie. I get good laughs out of this film with it's silly plot. I can't help but laugh at rocket penguins and Christopher Walken. Very entertaining.

This is my favorite Batman film. It just seemed to hit all the right notes for me. It's not perfect, but I really like it.

I enjoy it throughly. The Bruce/Selina subplot made this movie for me as did the performance from the leads. I really wish Burton's series would've continued. Yeah it wasn't true to Batman but it told an interesting story.

I think it has the best version of the Batsuit in any of the films.

I think it has the best version of the Batsuit in any of the films. Agreed there. Its only real competition would be one of the Nolan suits and I personally don't really care for those.

Bizarre film, especially as a Batman movie, but I enjoy the screwed up nature of it, and it probably has my favorite soundtrack of any of the Batman series.

I really loved this movie when I was a kid, although some parts scared me. I still like it now.

As far as I know, it's the only film in which Christopher Walken says "unlimited poontang". So, it's got that, at least.

I don't know what happened with the SNES version, but how could it be so great while the Genesis version sucked so badly?

My favorite Batman movie until the Nolan series and the animated movies (which really isn't saying much), but I just think it's insanely entertaining in a sense. Walken and DeVito are over the top in a fun way, Pfeiffer is actually really good unlike the awful Kim Basinger, there's no Arliss, the villains actually seem to want to take down Batman and the movie is thus actually about him, not The Joker.

I HATE the Penguin. A lot will probably disagree with me but I just couldn't stand the character and not in a "Get him Batman! He's evil!" type of way, but he got the X-Pac heat from me. I taped the movie the other day and fast forwarded all his scenes. It would have been interesting to see how they would have handled the Riddler in this movie instead of the Penguin.
