2003 = Jamie Koeppe (sp?) = only appears on TV once
2004 = Christy Hemme = gets fired after a year
2005 = Ashley = hasn't been seen in about 6 months (thank God)
2006 = Layla = still on WWE TV but stuck in an awful fued with Miss Handstand
2007 = Eve Torres = Where the f*** is she?!
What's gonna be next? The 2008 winner loses a leg?

Maybe Eve had previous engagements (i.e. photoshoots, runway work, ect.) that she could not break. Maybe she is in Louisville and being kept under lock and key while she is training.

What's gonna be next? The 2008 winner loses a leg? I don't think it's cursed. This list mentions the low point in all of their WWE stints, but a lot of good came out of it all too. Christy ultimately did get released, but she was pretty seriously pushed for the time when she was there. She made Playboy too. Ashley has done quite a bit, including get associated as a valet for Matt Hardy and London/Kendrick. She made Playboy too, and landed a TV role out of it. Not that I am defending the Diva Search, since I don't care about it at all. I just don't think it carries a curse. |
