What I mean is, if a wrestler obviously dogs it in a match, how mad are you at them for the rest of the night? And if you see an angle that qualifies as Wrestlecrap, do you chuckle at how silly it might be, or are you just embarrassed?
I'm closer to #3, if you're wondering.

I usually take it more seriously, and I'm what I would call a "purist", but the extent of that term and its usage pertaining to myself is vague.

I take it more seriously, like, but I still do enjoy different things. I like a whole lot of different styles anyway.
I think one thing I'm bad for is I can be nit picky. Like, when a wrestler botches, does bad selling or whatever, it takes me out of the match a bit. Like, right at the bell, I get into the match really good, and it bothers me when little things screw up.
I tend to lean more to the positive though. If I hated every wrestler I saw botch or do really bad selling in the past, say, 6 months, I'd hate a whole lot of wrestlers, from WWE, TNA, ROH, and most of the top indies. But usually it's just really minor things. So far, the worst wrestler of the year for me was this indy wrestler named Chrisjen Hayme, but I watched an IWA: MS show recently, and he somewhat redeemed himself by not putting on another stinker, so I guess he's improving. Nothing wrong with that.

I don't get mad... I just fast forward through bad matches/angles. I only get embarrassed about stuff when I'm watching it with a non-wrestling fan. ...So, uh, I don't know how to vote.

HBK's match with Hogan from Summerslam is still one of my favorite matches just for how silly it is.

I tend to take it slightly seriously (seeing it's my job and all that fun stuff) but I never forget just how rediculous it is in the first place. I also don't take it so seriously that I can't laugh at gimmicks that are completely over the top and rediculous.

Of course, I can just simply laugh at a botch and go "That's going on the next Botchamania comp.". I'm a souless bastard

I've always been more serious, for the most part. However, it all depends on how the show is presented. What I mean is, while I'll admit seeing someone really just half-assing it pisses me off, and I'll say as much (generally loudly with lots of cursing), however, I love me some good comedy as long as it's a comedy match with effort behind it. Chikara for instance. Yeah, the gimmicks are goofy, but I'm not gonna sit there and complain, because it's fun, it's light-hearted, and, while comical, I see a damn fine effort.

I know some people hate the "YOU F'D UP!" chant, but as a guy that has gotten it on occasion, I don't mind it at all. Unless you're a guy that gets it ALL THE TIME it's not really something to let get under your skin. Sometimes I find it funny.
I just think that if you can't watch wrestling and not laugh at some of the more rediculous things, then it's not worth being a fan, because where's the fun in it?

Hell, remember JT Smith's reaction to the You F***ed Up chants? DUde took it like a badge of honor.

I'm a Great Khali fan. I think that may answer the question without me elaborating.

I only watch wrestling because it is hilarious. Everything about it is stupid and a joke and I love it for that.

I don't take it very seriously, and I'm not a very harsh critic. I usually watch and hope to be entertained. If I'm not entertained, then I find entertainment by laughing at the lack of entertainment value it possesses.
It would be funnier and more entertaining if i was about 8 or 9 years younger -- freshman in high school range. The current WWE product is truly geared toward that demographic. I sorely miss ECW. That was the only wrestling show that I didn't feel slightly guilty for watching.

Yeah I watch it for fun. I like the history of it and I like to follow but I don't take it personally.
